So last night I deposit using prepaids as usual.

I go and buy another 2 today and it says max cards reached. So I think oh ok ill get support to delete them.

So yeah....they wont. Max 2 cards allowed for life. If I want to deposit. I need to send them pictures of the cards and they deposit it manually for me.

and now I guess I misunderstood???? They are adding the cards for me to deposit myself. I dont know lmao...wow

The cards you use, are not regular credit cards but the system recognize them as regular ones. So on our side it looks like you have a bunch of credit cards you would like to register which number is limited by default. From your side it may look strange as you consider these type of cards as simple prepaid cards, but on our side this is a bit different as the provider who sells these cards for you have "settings" which are the same as in case of regular cc settings. However, the finance team (after the verification has been done) will increase the limit and you will be able to use new ones. Most probably there will be a point, when they will have to delete the prepaid cards you already used in order to let you use the new ones but you can be sure that they will not stop or limit you for no reason, simply here are just internal controls they need to follow.

Im sorry for being short and rude. Im a little princess and when I want to play, I want to play now ;P

You guys got it sorted for me pretty quick which is better than the 24 hours I was first told.

I think they are fairly new so I dont think they know too much about anything right now. I've played at Energy quite a bit since they were accredited here. TBH my luck overall hasn't been very good and is probably next to worst over all the casinos I play at. When I have had a cash out it's usually been paid very quickly though. The bonus wagering requirements are the worst of all the casinos I play at, so I don't take bonuses here as a rule, except for the 100% bi monthly offer in conjunction with the calendar (which is pretty nice actually, I'm not sure if they're doing a 2017 one which would be a shame)

Another huge flaw with this casino.

They tell you they offer different currencies. I chose CAD. However they charge and pay you in euro defeating the purpose.

I was paid today and lost $60 because they did this.

indeed, they lost my small pocket money business . I would regularely take the 50% on tiny deposits weekly when bored. knowing it was steep wagering, but after 28-30 deposits of between £10-£20 + 50% on each, and one withdrawal of about 30 quid after completing wagering once out of the deposits.. decided to stop lol. Noticed DOA got removed from bonus play soon after, so even more a reason to stop really as i'd always give that a punt during wagering as well.
Got a call a few months later which i didnt recognize so didnt answer. left a polite message on my phone & it was an free chip offer cause i hadn't played in a while. quick overview for Canadian friends.

This site and cashout methds are very very fee heavy.

They offer bankwire and pay back to credit card...which we cant use credit cards so its bankwire.

For some reason upon cashout they take 10 euro. Then they take $7 CAD

Then the exchange rate charge which is like 15%

Then your bank charge.

I highly suggest not playing here until they become more cashout friendly. As of right now you are losing approx 30% of your money to fees.

Couple of things.

I was going to cash out my $272 balance after losing a $700 balance. I had it own to $1. Then hit a bonus got back up to $150...then $350...and to $272.

I thought ya know what for once instead of just losing a nice balance...cashout and have some return. Break even really. Because Ive blown balances before and this seemed right in line. I cashed out and saw the fees. And I was like ok I hate fees so im going to reverse it and go to blackjack to win enough to cover the fees lol. I did too. Then I thought ok I will wait til Monday and cashout to save $$$ because they give one withdraw a week for free. I didnt like doing it because I knew deep down I would be tempted to play after I had a few hours of break.

Well I did. And I hit a wild line on DOA and now my balance is over $1800. Nice it worked out!

Yes, I have issues loading the games too. Not MG, but I was disconnected whilst playing Gonzo's Quest a couple of days ago. Every time I try to reload and continue where I left off it says "Game Unavailable" I mailed CS who wrote back and told me that there was no problem so I should clear my cache and cookies, which I'd obviously already done and also tried with another browser. The problem still persists.

They need to review their fees and bonus wagering requirements too IMO.
