I'm with halifax and all my withdraws hit my bank next working day around 3 pm
 
About withdraws: in my 2+ years experience 80% of the cases they almost process it instantly (-10 minutes). Sometimes it can take a few hours, that will mostly be during the late night.
Also I asked about their Live Support. They are available at least from 07:00 in the morning untill 01:00 at night (so just 6 hours closed). This is Central European time.
Outside these hours I also frequently my withdraws were processed. Also during the weekends.
Please Norbert, correct me if I am wrong in the livechat hours.

When I withdraw to my bank it has never failed to hit my bankaccount the next day. When I withdraw very early in the morning it is even there the very same day, but this can also depend on your bank ofcourse. Neteller is instant once processed.

Im glad they are accredited now. It´s my favourite casino for a long time now.

I just made my second deposit here. WOW, loads of new games have been added, I see some of the Novomatic games have been removed (boo). Im currently trying my luck at a 50% reload.

It says my bonus will expire in 7 days, however the T&C state that you have 30 days to wager.

I would love to play but my debit card keeps declining and i know the problem but live help insists its the bank declining payment but its not that

I had this problem with all everymatrix casinos i play i-e next, casinoluck, playhippo, guts, casinocruise, superlenny etc

The issue is the payment processor has to verify the card before i can use the card, i told this to the live help first time around and after not getting anywhere i didn't bother, just tried again to deposit and same issue.

I don;t know why the support wouldn't check the problem as i had enough funds in my account but i was being told i don;t have enough funds in my account and should try when i have money(found that insulting) and this was about 6 months ago and never tried again

Anyways hopefully its another great casino that players can trust
 
One thing i have noticed on here is poor live chat at times due to tech problems got cut off my someone today on there and also they dont always offer daily bonuses like other casinos shame that .
 
Their withdrawal fees are getting a little steep. I'm sure it used to just be £2.50, but now £7.32 :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Oops. It didn't used to be £2.50, I was getting confused with Betspin, who charge the £2.50 for each withdrawal.
Having checked Energy's T&C, only the first withdrawal is free each week, subsequent withdrawals (that week) cost 10 Euros (£7.32)

Have you made like 10 withdrawals in the last 24 hours or something? Surely they wouldn't charge someone £7.32 for a £20 withdrawal. That's insane.

I made a withdrawal of £1250 on Monday (which i seem to remember cost £2.50) and £350 tonight. So it's only my second withdrawal this week

If I recall correctly, the first withdrawal (or first couple) are free, and then each subsequent withdrawal incurs a charge. Although I'm not exactly sure what the time frame is (after your 3rd withdrawal in a week, 5th in a month or whatever), and I certainly see no justification for a £7.32 charge regardless.

I haven't played at Energy in a while so I can't be more clear.
 
That is reasonable but more the 7 pounds is ridicuolous. I really think and hope it must be an error.
I never pay any fees BTW, regardless how much I withdraw.

Actually I was getting confused with betspin, they charge the £2.50 withdrawal fee, so my first withdrawal was actually free.

I've just checked the T&C. the first withdrawal of the week IS free. then each subsequent withdrawal costs 10 Euros (£7.32)

Tried to get verified everything ok with every other casino i have joined, Thrills, Betat, Unibet, Guts, plenty more but not this casino!:eek:
My passport being out of date and not being a driver i applied for a provisional licence a couple of years back this is acceptable as a proper photo id by everyone banks etc etc except

If they are this confused over what is and what isnt an acceptable ID, I just hope you get no problems there as you havent a chance with this incompetence:(

I gave you driving licence you wouldnt verify me because it was a provisional:mad:
All the other casinos have verified me with the same valid legal and government approved photo ID!!
 
Also just to add if it was not a legal and legitimate government issued photo ID, how comes BETAT, Unibet Guts Thrills all approved same photo ID your casino didnt or wouldnt?

Keep posting the same thing wont get a reply quicker, also should have explained via pm as Provisional license is obviously legit Government issued ID so be patient, u aren't helping ur case by posting gibberish over and over again

Sorry I was not able to answer you earlier because after you had explained the situation I started an internal investigation about your case which took's more time . You decided to temporary close your account, before your posts in this thread but I still wanted to know what happened. It turn out that our payment department sent you the wrong notification message, because you have sent your BS which was accepted, your prov. ID was accepted also, the utility bill and a copy of a credit card which was never used in our system. Our colleague must inform you about the credit card copy problem (you used 2 credit cards but we didn't received the requested copies ) and not about the prov. ID. We sent you the wrong email please accept my apologies

Right now we can't do more until you will keep your account closed, but in case you will change your mind you will need to send the CC copies which you have used in our system in order to be able to verify your account.

Most the time have a reply via email within 24 hours .They are good at that .I do agree the withdraw fee is a little over the top .Other casino don't charged anything to withdraw or take over 10 euro fee .:confused:
