I won on June 13th from Coolcat. It's now Jul 16. Still nothing. They say there is a glitch in their processor. I realize it's a Rogue casino, but WHAT CAN I DO??????? This is beyond painful...

I won a $16000 random jackpot on "naughty or nice" slots at coolcat casino..when i went to withdraw i got every excuse in the book ,and a complete run around with all kinds of mind games,and tricks to avoid or deny my winnings.For 8 days they did things like reversing my $10000 withdrawl,saying that my faxed imfo was too white or hard to read..then they started sending me "block" form messages offering me coupons while i was playing,and about 30 emails,and replys assuring me i will get paid ha ha.I started with a 300% no max cashout no playthrough..the casino put a extra $30 in there,and called that a free chip,but i dident ask for a freechip or did i redeem one,,but they used that to make up there own excuse not to pay.This win was turning into a total nightmare..i was feeling like i was bieng "ripped",and then i looked at the reviews on this casino and seen a pattern.This casino took my $10,000 dollars that i won,and i have been so hurt and pissed ,i dont think i will ever trust anyone on the net again.I played online casinos for over 10 years,and never had any real problems besides the slow proscessing .But this casino is downright awful.They do not pay there winners if they can find any way not to pay they will dely,stress,and use every trick at there disposal to stop you from winning.I strongly,and i mean strongly suggest any other casino besides coolcat.In my opinion they should be removed from the net.They are rooton as a rotton apple can get,and there hurting the industry as a whole.

This win was so bad that i am litarally afraid to play any online casino now.All my friends and family feel the same way.I won this on newyears eve 2010,and there were witnesses here when i won it.Everyone thinks that i won ,and that i should be paid.Instead im here writing all these posts,and still never got my money.I think there should be laws against this.I was violated.played,and used by this casino,and its group casino palace of chance.Trust me coolcat is far from cool .anad palace of chance is not a palace.How these casinos survive at all is beyond lawfull reasoning.

Sadly I believe they got me too!

I read reviews too late! On 01/10/2011 I won $800+ they state 7-10 days for Manager's approval (i got that) and another 10 days to send out the payment, which I waited. Now 30-days just today, I contacted withdrawals they gave me a story that the processor is at fault for the delays and I will get it mid next week. I think this is the pattern of 'we will not pay you' how long does an overnight express take? Sometimes I feel the payment processors are in 'KaHoots' with the bad online casinos. Although the situation has been "resolved", let us not forget that if this were a reputable casino, a player would not be going through this much stress to be paid. Had you not brought this issue public, you may very well still be crying the blues and not seeing a penny of your win.
Let it be a reminder to those who may think after reading the conclusion to the issue posted here, that there are probably a hundred to one players that aren't paid and may never get paid. So the risk of being in the "ignored winners group", regarding being paid is just to much risk.
The previous saga of players being paid was done publicly, with players that are publicly vocal, which no doubt makes for a very good "public PR campaign".
I am very glad for you that you did finally get your money, but had you been one of the invisible players that forums never see, the question will always remain as to whether you would have been paid.
So unfortunately, they would have to turn over an entire forest for many players to ever have any inkling of trust and or confidence in them as we do reputable casinos.

It`s still sitting in my account .We both agreed that it was best to get this over with,and i agreed to stop posting negative comments, yet after all this time,and all what I went trough trying to resolve this, they still delay my withdraw request.It seems that coolcat just dont want to be "cool" about this at all.I have the email letters on file.I wont post anything more as agreed, however If coolcat doesen`t want show "good faith" as indicated in our agreement,I will once again continue to pick up where i left off.There is absolutly no need for this casino to delay my winnings any further,and as a buisness they are not acting in good faith.:

PS. This story is even worse than you know,as a part of our agreement I said that i would say this was "resolved" The agreed amount was much lower than my origional request of $10000 ,much lower!! Yet they still delay it!!

I thinK "topaff" did his best,but the result was far from what we expected.I also noticed during our chat that i was reminded about not being "greedy" or to write the "nice letters" or they will block you ect.He seemed so confident that i would get positive results at first .Coolcat and the casinos from there vertual group said they would give me the $10,000 if i made a apolegy,and retracted one of my posts,and I did that with hopes of resolving this.I was offerred $1000 to settle this ,and i agreed just so i could take that and put this nightmare behind me,not to mention the stress and humiliation this has caused.My personal feelings about that the casino got to him as well!! ,and coolcat made this look like it was my fault. The other very real problem is that rogue works, if it didn't they would have been out of business along with all the rest of the rogues a long long time ago.
People are basically trusting, naive, greedy and all manner of things and these casinos are nothing more than a front to play on the pitfalls of human behavior.

This is crazy..coolcat and myself,along with Marty Davis worked out a agreement on Feb 9 .So on Feb10 I made a withdraw request.Guess what ? Still not approved. It`s still sitting in my account .We both agreed that it was best to get this over with,and i agreed to stop posting negative comments, yet after all this time,and all what I went trough trying to resolve this, they still delay my withdraw request.It seems that coolcat just dont want to be "cool" about this at all.I have the email letters on file.I wont post anything more as agreed, however If coolcat doesen`t want show "good faith" as indicated in our agreement,I will once again continue to pick up where i left off.There is absolutly no need for this casino to delay my winnings any further,and as a buisness they are not acting in good faith.:

A member of coolcat was in Costa rica on holiday and knew thats where the offices are for coolcat and many others under the same group.

Well he went into the building and went to the front office of coolcat and said who he was- he was then confronted by two big guards who basically told him to get out of the office and to not come back.

They then followed this person all the way back to his hotel room. He was that scared he thought they may try to kill him or something.

The toehr story was they had this manager (and this is NOT a lie) who would come into work with a hand gun and if he was having a bad day would shoot the computer monitors and abuse the hell out of his staff to the point they felt scred themselves.

You dont know the HALF of what goes on in that place mate- it is as wild west as it comes.

A few years back they didnt like the fact that Bryan (casinomeister) had them rogued and was telling people not to play there. They offered to pay an airfair for him to go over there and look at there offices etc. I assure you if Bryan took them up on that offer he would not have come back, he would be buried in some desert out there.

Then you have the beautiful forum member here by the name of Laurijim- now I wont go into particulars with her situation but lets just say she won big and inorder for her to get her winnings it was implied she had to pay the staff to get her money quicker. they would lie so much to her it actually made her ill and to the point she felt absoluty terrible about it all.

you need to take the stance that your NOT going to see this money and let it go- hopefully on the off chance they send it then that is happy days for you.

I just had a message today stating that a Mr. Moulder called,from "coolcat" casino.So after work I called back.He was offering me bonus codes, he went on telling me the codes and restrictions,rules,no rules 3 x cashout ect...so i Politly interupted him.As I thought the reason for the call was to Inform me about my withdrawl.So I asked about my "approved withdraw".He asked for my username..and in a few minuits said "it will be next week".So i told him that I will not use any coupons or play until i get paid.He then said "yes i understand",and then said "If you don`t get it by then you can call me" and "i will take care of it for you"...
