Connect To Casino....Do Not Play

And what does all that have to do with this thread?

IMO they were pretty polite considering how rude you were being with them. Its a server outage, it happens! If they'd wanted to lock you out, you wouldn't have seen the 'temporarily unavailable' message, you would have tried to login and then gotten an 'account locked' message.

Being nasty with the customer support people won't get you anywhere, especially when you end up having a problem there. Which begs the question, why, if you know they are a rogue casino, are you playing there? :what:

Agreed, that's all extremely out of order. The CS person at the other end of the chat is not in charge of the casino, and even if they were, unless they've stated outright they plan on robbing you you have no business talking to them like that. I would guess that entire chat was manufacured with a view to posting it in public and hopefully getting a goofy giggle. How silly.

ConnecctoCasino as well as Portofino are still owing me a several thousand for almost 2 months now!
They saw that I had won too much and decided to close my accounts, promising me to be paid "within 30 days" though.

By now they have passed their very own deadlines by far and are refusing to answer any of my emails.
I emails and PMed John Spears already a several times but he does apparently not think replying is neccessary either (not to mention any payment...).

WTG!! -Stay tuned......

Schankwart,

Please post or email your username. This is the first PM i have received from you here.

Hello again Mr. Spears,
I have PMed, emailed and adressed posts for you which have all been ignored lately.

I just resent you an email with my account-id and hope to be paid very soon!

well i can tell you this connect casino will not get any more of my money. Bad customer serivce banning people cause the win a few follars and keeps changing terms. I will add them to my list of dont play casinos. Enough is enough. You cant just keep treating people wrong if they win.

Schankwart,

You were paid everything in your account on 4/24/2004 10:25:25 PM EDT. You account balance is zero. Please check before you post next time.

Wtf?!!!

What in Christs sake are you trying to pull here, Mr. Spears??!

At Connect2Casino I requested a withdrawal of $6100 on the 03/12/04 which has been logged on 03/15/04. A couple days laster you decided to log my account for whatsoever reason and told me that I would receive my winnings within 30 days max. I sure accepted this as it is stated in your rules but after waiting for much more than a month without seeing a cent I wrote you some more emails to eventually receive $4375 of my withdrawal a couple days ago.

This leaves $1725 that C2C is apparently trying to steal from me now!

At Portofino Casino I withdrew $2725 on the 03/16/04 and have not been paid there as well.

...Making this a total of $4450 in unpaid winnings that you are calling "zero"!!!!

Stay tuned...

No it does not. You got a bonus of $ 825 on your $ 500 deposit which you made on 3/12/2004. Therefore your maximum cashout was 5X of $ 825 which was $ 4375. You were paid that a week ago. You are owed no more money.

I have nothing to do with Portofino casino. Please contact them to receive your withdrawal. I represent Connect To Casino and Connect To Casino only and your current and future balance and business with us is ZERO.

People like you and "marcolino" @ WOL will make sure that these forums, that are a place for players to come with real concerns become useless one day soon because baseless slander like you're spewing seems to be the top thread everywhere lately.

It sounds to me as though things might be getting a little heated here. You know what they say about that SPEARS "if you can't stand the heat then you need to get out of the kitchen." Can you say bye bye?

You get paid by this casino?

Hi there :)

I guess you get paid by this casino to state stuff like that. May I get to know the address where to get paid for stating posts like that?!

Thank you very much :) You're just too "wise" for me ***LOL***

Oh honey...you have no idea what you just started. I can't wait to see jpm's response........lol...........

temper, temper, Mr. Spears...

Do you think a delayed payment of a several weeks (as well as a non-payment at Portofino in the same Casino group) is "baseless slander"?!!

I unfortunately can not dig up the terms for the questionable bonus anymore but I am quite sure from my memories that I was eligible for the -full- withdrawal... I will still try to get the written t&c for that!
Also I made a seperate deposit of $25 that I never received back from you.

Another winner, another locked out account.

Maybe people wouldn't come to the boards if you answered their e-mails in the first place and paid out their winnings when you say you will. What is your explanation for that?

BTW, do you have any current active players with unlocked accounts that have lifetime winnings of more than $1000? I doubt it.

Your disrespect to honest posters with sincere questions shows just how contemptible you are and exactly what kind of treatment players at your casino should expect. It all starts at the top, John.

LOL, I've been accused of worse and from better than her. The irony of her telling the poor CSR how bad her english is makes me laugh.

Her post didn't even warrant a response, since if she'd read earlier in the thread, she'd see what I said about ever playing at this clip joint. The best part of the whole thing is that she is actually playing there! I can't wait to read her thread when she tries to cash in and they won't pay. Then she'll want us 'funny guys' to help. :eek2:

You were banned. Your final payout was supposed to be delayed by 30 days as per our T&C.

No you were not. If you go through THIS particular thread where you're posting you will realize that the terms were implemented on 23 February, 2004 and you deposited in March. I have forwarded your request about the $ 25 deposit to accounting. If it is indeed owed it will be returned first thing Monday morning.

This gentleman was paid everything he was owed a week before he ever came to the boards. He continued to email us after everything was clearly explained to him. We don't see the point in sending me the same explanations over and over. Needless to say, everything was clearly stated on the website also. There was no way for me or anybody else to help the situation. He was going to come to the board and slander no matter what.

We have several active players that have won a lot more than $ 1000. We have players that have won more than $ 50000. Banning has more to do with gambling pattern rather than 'Simply winning' Either way, I think we can agree on one thing, It is the casino's prerogative who it opens it's doors to and who it doesn't.

I'm totally amazed. John there is absolutely no way in which I could ever do a finer job of slicing and dicing Connect To Casino than you do virtually every time you open your mouth. Keep up the good work.

I just ran across this item over at Winner On Line and I thought those of you who might be effected by this should know about it.

Portofino and Hampton closed their affiliate programs without notice or payments.

Watch out players! This is a bad omen!

Great Scott! Holy Smokes! And Wow! That's an awful lot of players. You guys must be huge.

Congratulations on having such a multitude exhibiting the proper "gambling patterns".

Do you figure out the "improper gambling patterns" yourself or do you have help? Any chance you can share a precise definition of an improper "gambling pattern" or do you just know one when you see someone accept your offers, play by the rules, and cash-out with winnings?

I'm with clayman on this one. What the hell is a gambling pattern??? I think most of us use a certian "pattern" when we play. What do you look for to determine this player needs banned? This is not a sarcastic question, I would like to know what behavior to avoid so my account doesn't get locked, and I gat banned as well.

I have no intention of going into very specific details about how we run our company but just to give you ONE example.

If a player has cashed out over twice the amount he has deposited and the total win percentage is not in his favor he is very liable to get banned because we believe he is beating the bonus structure of the company, We're not saying there's anything wrong with it. We just don't want such sharp traffic just like sportsbooks don't want sharp traffic that consistently 'follows the steam' Those of you who don't understand the terminology don't need to. Those of you who do already know we're not looking for you.

What about players who do not use bonuses? Are they part of the equation here? Would they need to fear being locked out because of "wise" action?
