Hello all.
Have someone else problems to withdraw winnings in this place?
I send these documents there.
-Scan of my card and bank statement where is my card number
-Scan of my phonebill
-Scan of my I.D
-Scan of faxbackform

Im 26 not student,only one account.I make deposit via debitcard (visa electron where is that feature).
I call they and confirm my details. First they say my I.D was out of date,but i say that they are valid end of month.
Then they say that debit card is not valid because there no numbers,but live support says that if i send bank statement
its fine. Finally that same cashier Daniel say that my own card is stolen card :s When i say that i can get new I.D: s and
new card from bank,support is only silent. Cashier banned my account and take winnings of without any real reasons.
If anyone else happened this,can you tell me what i should do or just let them keep winnings :s

Many of the members here will tell you this is not what they experienced. The most common complaint with this group is their tardy payments especially to USA players. Nevertheless, if they took your winnings without any reasons then its dead wrong. Frankly I am sceptical though.

Only thing why they should pay is my debit card where is no numbers,but i can go and get new one.
I hope Max can solve this.
I just dont underestand this because when i withdraw grande vegas,they dont ask documents when i use moneybookers.
It seems that i have to use only skrill to avoid these problems :/

Why would you have a debit card with no numbers? Did you block them out? If so, why?
 
I scratch them off.If i lost again wallet it cant be used,but i can pay it in shop. My bank add few months ago feature in that card when i need to
use bank code and keylist if i use it in casinos etc. I can get new card if i have to but it takes 1-2 week when i get it and only need new card for this issue.
I explain this same for them,but they just dont get it and say only that its stoled etc...there is my name and i send bank statement with my cardnumber and name....
 
Scratching off the numbers on a debit card would kinda through up a flag in my opinion. The only way that removing the numbers would keep your card from being used is in an impress machine, which in the US is hardly ever used. All your information is on the magnetic stripe on the back and card readers are an easy thing to get.

Get your info together, PAB and let Maxd look into it for you.
 
The first thing Max suggests is that you ensure you have read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. Therein you'll see that forum posts are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED once you have a PAB in progress.

I see that your PAB was submitted at 11:57 this morning. Your subsequent posts were made at 12:23, 2:04 and 4:10. Have you already changed your mind about the PAB?
 
I get this mail. So if you have lost you card over half year ago and get it back next day that when you lose it
you cant play casino? Why everyone else casinos will pay winnings without any whining :S
Pay back my deposit to avoid paying winnings,nice..Last time cashier say that cant redeem winnings on my card,but now
can pay back my poor deposit wich i havent seen yet...

Right....I get it now, and I see what the casino is saying.

You are telling us that you LIED orginally and told them you had lost your card, but then when they told you they wouldn't process the cashout without it, you magically produced said card. So you were dishonest, and you wonder why they are being strict with their requirements? Really?

I'm more than a little suspect about the whole thing. I mean, who scratches out their card like that? It's not an instant lottery :rolleyes:

don't sabotage your PAB:​
don't post about your issue on the forums: wait until the PAB process has ended before you discuss it on the forums.​
 
I probably waste that progress allready :(

No so fast. :) I've submitted your details to the casino manager, waiting to hear back. Let's take this one step at a time.
