Oh Geez. Well it makes sense.

Guys, when people come down hard on your "systems", please understand it isn't just to rain on your parade. If we had all laughed at the Cipher system we would have saved some pain.

Playing a system for fun is one thing. Spinning staw into gold through some system or progession is another. Sure you can sometimes get an edge against the house but when you do, you will be able to calculate the edge. And you can bet the casino won't let you exploit it when they know what it is.

We should have taken this guy down hard a long time ago. His "system" is what allowed him to hoodwink these people.

He is still scamming. Go to his site. For $1,000 you too can pin your hopes and dreams on some randomly generated red and green lines.

You should be able to answer all of the following questions:

When are you going to pay Liquid Chips?

When are you going to pay the Luxe group?

When are you going to pay the man in Liquid Chips' story that is called "richard"? I beleive he is really named david from what I have gathered and may be your web designer.

If you are not going to pay these people, do you have any evidence or arguments that would suggest that you do not owe them money?

Are you ever going to stop the lies and the BS and come clean and apologize like a man?

Do you have a gambling problem?

Do you have an overeating problem?

Are you ever going to come to terms with all of these problems and try and start the road to recovery?


This is it, you need to answer these questions as directly as possible. You have to realize that your reputation, your livelihood, heck, even your freedom are at stake here. You need to own up - you obviously lost a lot of money that was not yours to lose and the only way out is to tell the truth. You have already admitted that you owe the money to Liquid Chips, I am sure that the others stories will hold up as well. You need to make amends, you need to own up and start to work on realistic payment plans.

There are no "secret" ways to make a fortune. Anyone offering you 15% monthly (that's only 435% per year... easy right? ;) ) is trying to trick you out of your cash. If I could make 15% monthly doing something I'd keep it to myself. Who needs investors with that rate of return?

I'm under absolutely no obligation whatsoever to pay Westland Bowls, Westland Bowl's brother or even any of Westland Bowl's ridiculous aliases a dime. And that my friend is an absolute fact of law.

The money that was "invested" with me was Westland Bowl's Mother's money. Moreover, it was perfectly understood and memorialized in writing, and from the very start that all funds in my care and control belonging to Westland Bowl's Mother would be paid to Westland Bowl's Mother.

Just in case anyone was not aware, Westland Bowl's mother unfortunately passed away not too long ago. Now there's a couple other little caveats in all this that no one on this site or any of the other sites has paid even the slightest bit of attention to even though they were right under everybodies collective noses the entire time.

1) The fact (not speculation) but fact. Westland Bowl is an Auditor for the City in which he resides. and 2) Given that fact, Westland Bowl knows full well that any money that I have or may have had care and control over is by law subject to collection and distribution through the Probate Courts of the county in which Westland Bowl's mother resided.

Finally, all of you armchair attorneys can go back to watching re-runs of Perry Mason or at the very least get a life!!!

After you having said that, I sure hope you can watch your back. You just took it to a whole new personal level with WB by trying to make this new claim. You're the one that needs to get a life and actually take responsibility for what you have done.

That because Tim's mother died, you are under no obligation to pay him back the money that HE gave you. I'm not a lawyer, nor have I ever pretended to be. Forget the law...you Cipher, are as morally bankrupt an individual as I have ever come across. I would never be so crass as to suggest you hasten your own demise, but I can tell you this. Nobody had asked me about what I did for a living, Cipher. So there was no need to say that I am an auditor. So what? My job had no bearing on whether you owed me the money or not. It was a non-pertinent fact to the whole matter. I haven't seen anyone speculating about what I did for a living. There's plenty of talk about what YOU did

Well, yeah, I called it my mother's money but the funds were drawn from me and my mother's joint account. She considered whatever money in the account as "ours" (me and my mother's) but I considered it mom's "care" money. There is nothing to Probate because YOU got the money, Cipher! Nursing care costs dwindled her account. Now remember, my original post? I relate how I asked you to send September 2006 disbursement because cash was getting low. We eventually had to rely on her credit cards to stay afloat while waiting (and waiting) for you to come through. But nooooo.....then my mother had to go into the hospital. But Probate or not, what the hell is the problem with not paying the whole $17,600? huh?

I really hate to say this, and Tim, I'm sorry. But it wouldn't surprise me if Cipher was hoping she would pass on. From his post, it sounds like he was counting on it.

I wasn't kidding, I feel sick. Sick, sick, sick. He is a horrible person, the lowest of the low. So many adjectives I could use, but I'd probably just end up getting suspended for getting too personal and emotional. And as Mrracetrack pointed out in an earlier post, it would be overkill anyway. With individuals like this running around, it's no fucking wonder that society as a whole is in such piss poor shape. Gawd, I'm beyond words.

If WB can prove that Cipher checked into what would happen if their mother passed while he still owed the money, then he would definitely have a strong case of fraud against cipher.
 
Cipher , this problem could have easily been solved by just paying the guy,

I mean if i was you i would be worried , you might get a nut that invested in you and who know what can happen,

We have all heard crazy stories on the news over $1 , i can imagine in the thousands.

Your "probate" statement is a load of crap. Tim was asking for his money back in September, and you stalled for months before the death of his mother. Why didn't you pay him then? Your looking for any excuse you can to avoid being responsible for your actions. It's everyone else's fault but your own.

Bryan, Cipher is spreading a lot of personal information about Westland Bowl that might cause him additional harm. It really is insult to injury.

Is there a point when Cipher just doesn't post here? Is there a way that business about WB's job and so forth could be deleted?

Unfortunately there were an awful lot people that got involved in this case with very few, if any, facts. When I made the offer that I made incident to the payment plan, nearly everyone perceived that to be a weakness rather than as a genuine offer as it was intended to be. Moreover your allying yourself with such persons as Damian Dunlap and Marcus Dalton.

Now, there are numerous actions that will be taken so as to preclude those types of individuals from acting in such a manner again.

Are you high? The only offer you should be making is to pay back in full. The offers you make (at least in public) aren't what I would call fair. What was the last one? I will pay you $500 a month till the balance is paid but you got 60 minutes to respond.

The fact that you continue to post and make yourself look like a fool is beyond me. You didn't pay then and now you won't pay. What does Damian have to do with the fact you can't write a check. As I said before you continue to shift your actions onto others. It's everyone else's fault but your own. Give me a break.

From the moment I first joined this Forum I had you twigged. It was obvious that not only were you a total BSer and a snakeoil salesman but that you were a very sad individual. You obviously had very big issues with self respect. It was clear to me that you had probably never achieved anything of worth in real life and in consequence needed people to recognise you as a genius in relation to gambling.

You revelled in the image of a Superman whom no casino could conquer and that is why you always reacted so aggressively when challenged. It's a pity we cannot see those times when you have lost huge amounts of money and you are curled up in your bed inwardly or outwardly weeping.

You obviously are not going to pay me so obviously the next step is through the courts. Let us abide what the judge(s) rule. There's no point in always ranking near the top of everyone's "New Posts" clicks. Let the online gambling world move on while we settle our dispute. Can we do that?
