Amazing isn't it? FL has always had their heads up their posteriors regarding player loyalty. They treat their players as if FL is the only halfway decent online casino group out there... And then pretend to be shocked if we don't play there every week. ('We notice you haven't given us any of your money in the past few weeks. Please let us know if there's a problem. We still love you (your money) but we're tighter than a monkey's butt when it comes to bonuses so we can't help you out there.")

Anyone else remember that stage FL went through where they'd email/phone regular players with those ridiculous 10% bonus offers?? And the CS would seem so puzzled as to why a 10% bonus w/20xb+d WR wasn't even tempting -- in fact it was downright insulting.

A little thought on FL's part would have been a nice gesture, a little something in the way of a free chip would have been a welcome surprise; it would have sealed my loyalty to FL for another year.

For me rigth now it's a matter of principle, something that wont be bought back by a "I'm really sorry here I've dropped x amount into your account" on the 27'th of December.

The only thing I can suspect is FL is losing their ass on the months long promos they run, but if they were really losing their ass they would have stopped with one. You would think these casinos would be able to come up with something original for their loyal players come Christmas time.

A good idea would be to have an annual Christmas cashback of say 5%, and scrap the comp points etc.
This way everybody benefits, the casino will keep players throughout the year, and the players will get a % of their losses back at Christmas.

5 here 10 there throughout the year will mean nothing if the casino insults their dedicated players at Christmas by giving them zero!

I believe that the Christmas bonuses arrive unlocked, as if wagering requirements have already been met. This makes winnings on bonus $ immediately cashable. The bonuses do little to change my negative feelings about the group and the SW. They should be rogued.

I also found ~$150 cash sitting in my account at GB. I don't think this is a bonus, just previously uncashed balance from long ago.
