In some countries you are expected to tip for service in a restaurant. If the service is really bad - what I do is tip 1 cent. Not tipping just makes you look like a cheapskate. Tipping 1 cent sends a very strong message, just as tipping 20% does.

I got one of these Xmas 'offers' from Music Hall, also. But do I want to re-install just to see what my bonus would be? I mean...
