I could PM Andy 25 times in one day and he wouldn't show the slightest bit of irritation...

Nate matey,
Methinks you are swayed by the name of a casino and a special liking for the colour 'red'. As such, should there be a casino named 'red herring' you are likely to luv it very much.
I play at the following places on a semi regular basis.
Intercasino
Redbet (lately)
Absolutely far and away, head and shoulders over the top, a million gazillion stratospheres above everyone else - from a customer interaction perspective - is 32Red. We know this of course, but that's from my own personal experience of probably ten years as a customer. The personal touch is unrivaled, and then they just quietly go about the business of taking care of the important bits like withdrawals and deposits and all that stuff really well. The professionalism and dedication to the customer is over and above what anyone would expect and, to be honest, it makes the rest of us look bad -- they make me SICK!
In relation to the other three - I can't really have any complaints - but I don't feel massively loved.
I mean, now I'm bedded in with Mr Green (so to speak) the withdrawals are timely, the software is *superb* and the whole experience is very enjoyable. I don't feel 'loved' necessarily, but then again I do feel safe chucking my cash at them - so that goes a long way.
Intercasino are another long termer for me - I guess I was probably playing there even before I found 32Red. Whilst I've won a few prizes over the years and they've always been great with bonuses etc - again, I don't really know anyone there or had any level of interaction other than on a purely electronic basis. That said, they have been UTTERLY FLAWLESS throughout all the years I have played there. Not one single issue. Ever. If I'm honest, I do use them an awful lot less nowadays, maybe that will change if these 'exciting new changes' are anything to write home about.
Redbet. Only been a member a couple of months and not hit the 'withdraw' button yet... so I can't really offer a personal opinion on that. I like the layout as well though and I did like the way the support guys were pro-active requesting my documents up front so I'm good to go when I do hit and run Dead or Alive for £20,000 later today.
I get a few free spins from them chucked my way and a few deposit bonuses and things, but pretty similar/in keeping to the Mr Green level of bonuses I guess - must be a NetEnt thing.
Looks like Mr Green may very well get my Blue Square business as well now they've gone tits-up. Suppose it depends on what happens with Intercasino.
Actually Nate, the last 2 posts have given me an idea. Blue Square becomes 'Red Square' which has obvious place relevance, 32red becomes '32Blue', as it rhymes. Do I win a prize?
OK OK - I'll start going out again.
For me its gaming club but maybe thats because im not too picky.
Great support, I have cashed out numerous times and have never had a problem. Thats all I ask for.
If I was picky. Their wagering for the bonus is terrible Bx50. So I dont take bonuses here.
Wow Bx50 on Microgaming. Good luck with that your going to need it
Well put: a very nicely formulated summing up of more or less my own opinion and experience with the mentioned Casinos.
<snip >All my praise goes to Pat Harrison and Mark in 32Red (Ed Ware has a good nose for great personnel), Andy and the affiliate manager Marcin in Redbet and i still have a lot of enthusiasm for Enzo, Anna and the support team in 3Dice.
Yet again i say that communication, is THE most important thing for a player: there are always questions, changes, requests and whatnot that arise for a player over the years, and those should be attended to as quickly and clearly as possible, and when quick is not possible, or clarity is hard because of high level technical bugs then the communication should still be open and clear, no weeks of being kept in the dark, no vague excuses, just plain and clear and friendly support, always. <end snip>
COMMUNICATION SAYS IT ALL!
I agree strongly with this. We know there are challenges, especially with US players. But as long as the reputable sites keep us informed, pro-actively on what is going on and respond to questions, they deserve our loyalty. 3Dice, especially has the most informed and responsive support team in place across the many casinos that I play.
Those that have poor customer service, require repeated emails to get one simple answer or fail to deliver on what they say ----- those I walk from and walk fast.
I also have an intense dislike of pressure to deposit more than intended. Some casinos will push for larger and larger deposits. When I ask what the best bonus offer is that's available for $ xxx, that's all I want to know. If I say I have $200 to deposit and want to know the bonus and the terms, don't push me for $500 or $1000 deposit by letting me know what great deals there are.
FWIW,
Diane
