I received a phone call from a customer service rep from chance hill around twenty minutes ago asking me if there was any reason why i haven't deposited at CH.
I said poiltly that I take a dim veiw of reps calling me asking me why I haven't deposited, and is the phone call to ask me to deposit?
I was told the phone call was to make me aware of current bonuses on CH.
Easily fixed, polite email sent to support directing them to close my account with immediate affect
