I'd like to ask you for your advice.
Casoo casino (Antillephone NV - 8048/JAZ) closed my account and confiscated 45.000 EUR based on false accusations.
I've submitted a complaint via AskGamblers whose opinion on the dispute was:
AskGamblers complaint ended up as unresolved.
Casoo stopped communication, and among other things, is accusing me of faking / forging notary certification of a signature on a document proving my income from employment, which is absolutely ridiculous accusation as this can be easily verified with the notary. Also notary was validating my signature on that document, so I am missing any kind of logic there - how or why would I possibly forge my own signature...
I've tried to contact regulatory body Antillephone NV multiple times, on any email addresses I could find via google, but they are not responding.
I'm also negotiating legal solicitor for potential litigation, but I'd like to use this only as a last possible option.
What would you guys recommend?
Is it worth submitting a complaint ticket also here when Casoo ignores 3rd party arbitration?
I believe I've read here that @Casinomeister has working contact for Antillephone, please would there be any possible way to have them look at this complaint?
I'd be grateful for any advice or help as this ridiculous dispute goes on for 2+ months and is driving me crazy :-(

additional information and evidence received from Casoo Casino is not considered as justified enough to prove their accusations towards the player. We strongly believe that Casoo Casino should start paying the player as soon as possible, otherwise we will have no other choice but to close complaint as Unresolved and suggest to player to seek further assistance from relevant regulatory body
