Hi guys,

I'd like to ask you for your advice.

Casoo casino (Antillephone NV - 8048/JAZ) closed my account and confiscated 45.000 EUR based on false accusations.
I've submitted a complaint via AskGamblers whose opinion on the dispute was:
additional information and evidence received from Casoo Casino is not considered as justified enough to prove their accusations towards the player. We strongly believe that Casoo Casino should start paying the player as soon as possible, otherwise we will have no other choice but to close complaint as Unresolved and suggest to player to seek further assistance from relevant regulatory body
AskGamblers complaint ended up as unresolved.

Casoo stopped communication, and among other things, is accusing me of faking / forging notary certification of a signature on a document proving my income from employment, which is absolutely ridiculous accusation as this can be easily verified with the notary. Also notary was validating my signature on that document, so I am missing any kind of logic there - how or why would I possibly forge my own signature...

I've tried to contact regulatory body Antillephone NV multiple times, on any email addresses I could find via google, but they are not responding.
I'm also negotiating legal solicitor for potential litigation, but I'd like to use this only as a last possible option.

What would you guys recommend?
Is it worth submitting a complaint ticket also here when Casoo ignores 3rd party arbitration?
I believe I've read here that @Casinomeister has working contact for Antillephone, please would there be any possible way to have them look at this complaint?

I'd be grateful for any advice or help as this ridiculous dispute goes on for 2+ months and is driving me crazy :-(

Many many thanks
shxxx

License is 8048/JAZ -
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

But considering how ridiculous the verification process and all the accusations were, I'm afraid it might be scam as well...

The HP looks very fishy too me. In the FAQ section they talk only about deposits and only mention the withdrawal minimum amount of 20 bucks.
"Deposits are free of charge at Casoo, because we love our customers so much" looks like mockery after having read about this case here and in AG.

Complaint to Curacao regulatory probably next step, don't know if these do much, but worth of trying for this amount. Just provide whole story and also link to AG judgement that you should get paid and hope the best.
Wouldn't really start to spend that money as what AG said "not justified enough" can be different for regulator as they might more look at legal grounds but not that much what is reasonable for player or not.

I did already write multiple emails to them, no response...
That's why I would like to kindly ask @Casinomeister for help, as he mentioned that he is in contact with them (Antillephone).

@shxxx : I'd suggest you file a PAB with us, that starts here: Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister

No guarantees that we'll be able to get resolution on this but at least with your PAB:
  1. I have your official consent to look into it.
  2. if it goes nowhere then we have justification to post a Casinomeister Warning to alert other players to what's happening at Casoo.

Thank you @maxd, will do that later today.

Please, if I may have one question regarding PAB, is it within your ability to contact also regulatory body if it goes nowhere?

Important to keep in mind the history of Curacao "regulatory" peeps: criminally horrible when it comes to player complaints.
In the 20 years I've been in the business I don't think I've ever seen or heard of them doing a blessed thing for players. At best they'll just fob the complainant off to the Master license holder -- I think there are four of these -- and wash their hands of it there. At worst they do absolutely nothing, ignoring everything.

I believe there is (was?) an MP in the Dutch parliament that has been trying for 10 years or more to force Curacao to clean up its act. Net gain: sweet FA.

Some people have reported that one of the master licensors is somewhat more helpful but that hasn't been my experience.

In other words Curacao is a big black hole. Dunover calls them "Cup-o-cocao" because that's about what they're worth as far a licensing agency goes.

Yes, one of the licensors that should be more helpful, and also casinomeister mentioned him multiple times here in forum as cooperative / being in touch with them - is the one that Casoo is licensed from - Antillephone NV.

As far as I know that is old, old news. If you have something indicating otherwise please give references.
Meanwhile I'll check with Bryan, he may know something I don't.

If you search the forum for "antillephone" from "casinomeister" there are quite recent mentions of them, e.g. this one from 2 months ago:

Finally Bitstarz is giving it a go. They are primarily focused on cyber currencies, but webwallets, CCs are welcome too.

They have been around for a few years and haven't generated that many complaints. They have a staff that seem to be pretty squared away, they have speedy withdrawals, process payouts on weekends, and can lock your withdrawals as well.

They are licensed by Curacao (JAZ 8048), but this is Antillephone and is probably the best out of the four master licenses from this tropical island. I am in contact with the admin there and can contact them if there is ever a real serious problem - which I do not expect.

You can read their review here: Bitstarz Review

Or sign up directly here: Bitstarz Casino

Sorry no US or UK. :(

And their casino rep is here:

Excellent! Good catch. Things just started looking a whole lot better.
Definitely do that PAB asap. I'm in touch with some of the Bitstarz guys so I should be able to get to Antillephone through them PDQ.
