Casinomax deposit time for etransfer?

How long does it take for Canadian eTransfers?
The money has already been taken out of my bank account and i have already received an email saying BNA Smart Payment Systems has already accepted it.

But I don't see the amount in my casino balance yet and it's been close to half an hour

The eTransfer should be instant, in odd cases will take few minutes to clear. If you will PM me your user name I will be able to check what exactly happened there.

for those wondering it took almost 24 hours but the amount and bonus are in my account now. i ended up having to contact support who escalated it. in the process i was sent 2 different email updates. one that they were looking at it and the second that they had resolved the issue.

thanks eventually the deposit went through after i provided a screenshot...i was able to play the day after....would have prefered to play the same day though

Thank you for the reply. I just had a chance to check this transaction in more detail and looks like you have entered some customer text in Message field when sending the e-Transfer. Those transactions then are send for manual review, therefore there was the delay in crediting the account. So if you want to avoid this in the future please leave the message field blank.
