I made the deposit 50E, i wagered my deposit one time on livecasino on the same day.
On monday i checked my account and i didn't receive freespins.
I asked livechat to help me. The took me that i dont have orignal email and i will not receive this freespins.
Unfortunatelly i deleted this email the same day and i didn't have this email.
But this normal procedure that they count on that someone delete email and they have argument to not give freespins nevertheless someone recived email.
My fried had the same situation. Hi fought with they but he had email with promotion.
I think that if someone delete email with promotion they have right to dont give bonuses. This is frauding policy.
