On last thursday i received email with promotion:

You can receive 100 free spins on South Park: Reel Chaos for your play from now until 23:59CET Sunday, 26th October when playing at our casino.
In order to qualify for free spins you must deposit €50 and bet at least €50 in real money bets at CasinoEuro on mobile or desktop during the promotional period.
Qualifying customers will receive their free spins Monday, 27th October at no later than 12:00CET.
Upon receiving your bonus you will need to meet the wagering requirements before you are able to withdraw the bonus along with any accumulated winnings.
The wagering requirements are 'Winnings x 15'.

I made the deposit 50E, i wagered my deposit one time on livecasino on the same day.
On monday i checked my account and i didn't receive freespins.
I asked livechat to help me. The took me that i dont have orignal email and i will not receive this freespins.
Unfortunatelly i deleted this email the same day and i didn't have this email.
But this normal procedure that they count on that someone delete email and they have argument to not give freespins nevertheless someone recived email.
My fried had the same situation. Hi fought with they but he had email with promotion.

I think that if someone delete email with promotion they have right to dont give bonuses. This is frauding policy.

I deposit here to receive freespins. My last deposit before last thursday was on 6.06.2014.

I don't play there so not sure of the promotion or terms.

But I know a lot of casinos have different promotions for live casino than normal one. So you might find that because you only played live casino that you did not qualify for the spins.

Here is clearly wrote that in this promotion i have to play on specific slot game.
On promotion which i received on email terms are other.

As i wrote above my fried has similar situation but he received apologies and cash as satisfaction because they was not able to activate free spins.
I didnt receive anything and i was excluded for next promotion in the future.
This is unfair....

Why would you delete an email for a promotion that you are participating in? If you keep it and something happens different than what you expect then you can re-read it to see if you are right or wrong. If you don't have it you are just relying on what you thought it said.

In future keep it until the promotion is finished.

It's one thing to delete an email and to remove it totally.
You should still be able to see the email if you haven't emptied that folder too.

I don't know the name of the folder in English but I know those that I remove will still stay for a week before they disappear.
I checked that folder now and saw that I for some reason still have emails I deleted in there from 2011
Now I have hotmail and maybe it's different for others but it shouldn't be.

If they say you are not on the list and you say you deleted the email immediately, then guess who seems most trustworthy.

No, he didn't need to hide anything since it clearly said that you would have to play at least €50 on that specific game.
It doesn't matter anyway since you were not invited...or you don't have your email.

That image says the same, that you have to play 50 credits through on the South Park slot in order to receive the free spins.

I think its rubbish that you should have to prove you received the email, if they are offering new players this bonus and its terms.... and you adhere to them...pay the bloody bonus to the player. Or stop sending out these misleading/false bonus offers.
