I think its rubbish that you should have to prove you received the email, if they are offering new players this bonus and its terms.... and you adhere to them...pay the bloody bonus to the player. Or stop sending out these misleading/false bonus offers.

What if he is lying then, and they never sent the email? Some are really fast to believe everything all players are saying.
That's of course your choice but it does make it damn hard to try to help both players and casinos when these things are happening.
