A rather bizarre case this one: late in February a player popped into CasinoWebcam.com, deposited $250 and headed for the roulette table. Ten minutes later they were up $38,000.
Multiple attempts to get the casino to begin transferring the winnings all hit dead-ends, in spite of exhaustive documentation provided, etc. One day the casino CEO showed up at player's home, chatted a bit, apologized for the delays, promised a timely pay-out forthwith, left his business card and took his leave. Nothing happened, emails followed (no phone support) but that was the last the player heard from them.
They've similarly ignored our attempts to raise the issue. So ...
