Casino Joy withdrawal questions

Hi everyone,I'm Rachel 1974,I've been gambling since I was underage(15)and I'm 47 now.So I am very experienced at losing money and somewhat experienced at winning Abit 🤣I found this site as I was looking for some info on what to do when you experience a withdrawal fail.I made two withdrawals in the night,only small ones,the £40.01 is missing,not hit my account.The second withdrawal I made was only £14 and that one has arrived in my bank account,which I find strange,why hasn't the first withdrawal arrived?I've emailed casino as tried to call them and no one available to talk.The withdrawals were both in the space of half an hour.As anyone else experienced something like this?Thanks.

Normally pretty good in regards to payments, give them to close of business on Monday see if it turns up

I wouldn't worry about it - sometimes these things take a couple of days - not including weekends. I would just forget about it and check your account next week. If nothing hits your account, please notify their customer support. If it seems to have disappeared, you are always welcome to use our PAB service which is free for all our members.

Hello,I'm sorry I can't find my account number,my email address is *snip* will this help?I still haven't received my withdrawal of £40.13.Can you chase it up please.I want to play again,but this happening has made me wary of depositing again.
