Withdrawal issues with yeti casino

Hi, I’m wondering if someone can help, I’m trying to withdraw just £1000 from yeti casino my account is all verified but now they are asking for enhanced due diligence forms bank statements which I sent but now they are asking for even more. All I wanted to do was close my account and withdraw money. Can they keep requesting all these documents I feel like I’m in trial just for 1000 pound??? If someone could help and advise if this is normal procedure as I’ve never experienced needing this much info?? Thanks

Depends on what you mean by normal procedure.

No it should not be normal for casinos to hit you for that information on withdrawal. Some do tho.

But by all accounts from reports on here it is perfectly normal for that group. Who knows why but seems to happen to a lot there on withdrawal.
