I would say this is an absolute joke. I have made several deposits at AllBritish Casino in past but long time ago. I never won or made withdrawal from here. And have not received that many free spins or bonus apart from welcome bonus.
I also contacted them to ask why i had no 20 spins on Diamond Cats and received email below. I am now thinking about stripping AllBritish Casino and their other linked brands from my websites as why would i have them, if they treat players like this bonus banning left and right. Not got much positive to say as i find website bit boring compared to other Casinos. So i guess its time for a change and also just have my account closed, which is a shame as i really liked them and even post and update their christmas offers every day on my website. Thanks yes I feel only way a player should be bonus banned is : If they keep taking deposit or match bonuses and making profit / withdrawals a lot of the time. Or if a player contacts the casino a lot for freebies and they have a high bonus/free spins amount. Anything else is just silly. A christmas calendar offer like this which is given to basically all players should be given no matter what. As it states in their terms condition for this offer is only requirements is a player needs to have ever made a deposit. (they are basically breaking terms / rules) and maybe a case for UKGC as they are offering a freebie and not giving this. I never received any emails that i am bonus banned.
