Gate777 and their excellent 70x wager bonuses... being that generous = mandatory theft for 10K win with a reason like a 7 cents bonus remaining.

Hey yeah man . . And considering I already had $0.37 in my account before I even deposited. Than $0.07 cash funds was meant to get wiped as it reaches $0.00. . They are so cunning to add that $0.07 to my separate bonus account. This incident has brought me a lot of tears and frustration. I surely hope this matter is resolved and surely hope this doesnt happen to anyone else ;(

Did you try a PAB now? If not you can wait really long for a solution. Trust me Casinomeister is compared to other affiliate websites really helpful.

PAB allows Casinomeister to look at your case and personal information. That way they can discuss the case with the casino in your name.

You have a PAB in progress as the icon indicates, so yes, they are working on it.

However, please adhere to the rules you agreed to when you submitted your PAB. One is to not talk about your case on the forum. You can always ask max on your PAB ticket about an update.

You submitted a PAB. Did you not read the rules before doing so? :D

Talking about your case might jeopardise your PAB, that is the reason why Casinomeister is asking people who submit a PAB to stop talking while it is in progress. You can always post about it again once the PAB is closed.

Nah, you're fine. Just stop posting about the case and let max do his work.

As I said, if you need an update, ask for it in private on your PAB ticket.

We all understand the frustration as many of us have had such experiences.

What the f%^$ are you yammering on about? Your bonus expired, and your bonus funds were negated to include the winnings derived from them. This has been explained to you ad nauseam by Max, the casino and me. Now you are hijacking threads with a problem you don't seem to understand.

If you do not understand English well, do not accept terms and conditions in English or that are poorly translated.

Keep this behaviour up and see what happens.

You must be new to reading instructions. The PAB instructions clearly state that having a go in public with the casino will give us reason to toss it. It's a holiday weekend, and this is not the time to be screwing up your chances of having us deal with this.
