Careful Leo Vegas double charging

I just went through my banking and noticed a bunch of double charges by leovegas using their visa debit method. I have 5 of these all together.

Im dealing with this and sent in a screenshot to support/banking so im sure it will get sorted. but if you play here I would check your banking.

Nope all taken out and not added to gambling account. Spoke to support and they said it shows as one approved and one failed for all. But I am being charged for two. Im going back a couple months and seeing this a couple time a month. Looks like its been going on for 3 months so far from what I can see.

If its been happening for a couple months thats a pretty big deal imo, im guessing you realized this just now?

yeah just realized it now. I was doing some banking and noticed the double charge from last nights $20 deposit. Then I went back 3 months so far and saw it for 5 times total

It must be somehow a mistake. Leovegas is a good and honest MGA licensed BIG outfit thesedays. They are not doing this intentionally i think.

It may also be that they’ve got an authority for the debit, but it never completes. Generally should drop off after a few days, but depends on the merchant provider.

Well thankfully its only $20 deposits because I usually deposit more when playing but these are their $20 promos. Deposit $20 playthrough it and get 20 $1 spins or $2 spins on whatever game.

Never actually looked through the vip experience mentioned in the promos, but seems "the main event" = ppl are put into 1 of 8 groups depending on point level, where tickets are earnt by multiplying playthrough by the vip level, and thrown into a raffl...zzzzzzzzz...zzzzzzzzz...zzzzzzzzz..

I tend to only use mobile I dont have access to a laptop till my girls are in bed.
My own PC AKA the tank died in action during the graphics card war of 2018 and a cat peed on my laptop. So I am mobile 99% of the time. But you did tell me something I didn't know lol will need to explore the forum a bit more.
