Is it just me or does LeoVegas have a banking problem?

At this Summer my Skrill deposit was jammed somewhere between Skrill and LeoVegas account. Ok, sometimes it happens.. a couple days and deposit finally hit to my LeoVegas account. My next Skrill deposit had same fate.. jammed between accounts. Ok.. two times in a row isn't normal. It took days to get through and before getting that deposit into my LeoVegas account they informed me that they have cancelled my Skrill depo and it should be back my Skrill account in FIVE days. Never reached and after live chat it was put on my LeoVegas account.. was NOT cancelled after all!

Before third attempt with Skrill I went to live chat and asked if problems with Skrill deposits are fixed and my depo will go through as usually every where else. Chat said there shouldn't be any problems. Did 10 euro minimum "probe" deposit and.. it was jammed as two earlier Skrill deposits. Nothing can be done. "You have to wait..."

After that I learned my lesson. LeoVegas has an option to deposit with Skrill, but it will NOT work. Stopped to use it and changed into direct banking.

It worked for two Months.. until Yesterday.. same problem. Money leaves my account, but never gets into LeoVegas casino account.

Every time live chat can see my depo.. every time their only advice is to wait. 48h, 72h, 24h as Yesterday. So Today evening I need to go asking, again!, if they could.. would.. when they should put my deposit into casino account. This frustrated me, 4th time with this problem at LeoVegas (only with LeoVegas!), and when tried to have an answer is it ok them to uphold customer funds even they can see those deposits done.

"Every deposit is handled individually.."

Is it just me or do LeoVegas have a wider banking problem? For me LeoVegas is The Sole one having constant "between accounts" problem operator.

Leo Vegas is reviewed at Casinomeister
There doesn't appear to be many members experiencing similar problems. Or maybe people just aren't playing much at Leo Vegas.

If I was you, here's what I would do:

1. If I like LV and want to keep playing there then I would really get onto their CS team and get to the bottom of the problem. In my experience they want to keep loyal players happy and one way they can do this is fixing this issue or at least work out what is causing it.

2. Go somewhere else. You are spoilt for choice in this industry and there are plenty of recommend casinos listed here at CM.

Good luck with your LV/Skill problem, I hope it is resolved soon.
