The following updates occurred in the past 24 hours:
County Court Judgments, Credit Score & Limit

The gambling company has recieved more then 3 ccj. The address they are using is to an office space in London.
They are receiving letters about court action frequently.

When should ukgc step in to invoke the license or are ccj normal.

Can’t see why you couldn’t operate with a CCJ. Plenty of companies get them. Doesn’t mean they’re insolvent, just means a matter went to court.

Means the court ordered the debt to be paid and the company left it more than 28 days to pay. Then it gets registered - well thats how it works for individiuals credit.

Are they allowed to change address they done this at different address which has been changed 6 times . They don't have assets uk so if they recieved 3 in a short period could you apply to make them bankrupt and any action for owner.

I have a feeling you have a previous user name or two on here.
If you have a CCJ against them then you can do anything that is available to enforce the debt.
