Well here’s an invite to @Big Time Gaming. There are a few questions I would like you to answer. A lack of reply and I will assume guilty on all counts.

1. Is it a coincidence, that the minute you sold out to Evolution, your games started playing like they’d had 10% shaved off of the rtp?

2. Is there a different approach with the business model now? In as much as, instead of just a handful of games that were very good, you’re going down the route of many others and just make a quick killing as the longevity of a slot no longer bothers you.

3. How do you legally get away with this or was I right all along and audits are never carried out thoroughly, if at all?

I have stats that overwhelmingly support what I am saying. I have a lot of numbers to crunch and I mean a lot but I will post them in good time and I will do it honestly and let people judge for themselves.

You are either very naive or very arrogant, (not sure which), if you think you can change a game to the degree you have and expect someone who played the game virtually every day for 4 and a half years to believe that nothing had been altered.

This isn’t just a bit smelly, it absolutely reeks! I would also like to point out that this is not a sour grapes post. It’s simply like any other business, in as much as, I am the customer and I am paying for a product. If the product doesn’t live up to standards or expectations, then I have the right to demand an explanation or have my money refunded.

In any other industry I can think of (legal one), there is a complaints procedure and if that fails, you have an ombudsman. Not here though hey?

P.S. Could you please forward me the name of the accountant BTG use please, as I have a friend who needs to “lose a few quid” (Pun intended). I am sure you know what I mean.

...strictly speaking, you're not BTG's customer - the casino is. So any complaint would need to go to the casino, who would then need to look into whether their supplier is actually supplying the goods they're being paid for.

I fully understand what you’re saying. It’s not a coincidence at all, it feels worse than playing at a seaside arcade, run by gypsies. Burning money would actually take longer.

Normally by this time on a Friday night, I would be spinning away merrily but not any longer. Early night and off fishing at 5.00am, stuff the slots, there’s better things to do in life.

Always somewhere different. Not that it should make a difference. So I probably play all versions, although I don't always play Bonanza.
But I have deposit limits set at most of the sites I play at (about 25 sites). So most only ever gets one deposit a month (£20-£30)
I'm also quite disciplined, and cash out Once I get a decent hit, rather than getting greedy and carrying on in the hope of getting more or even upping the stakes.

1.25x. I have has 3 worse in 4.5 years. A zero of 12 dead spins. A 0.45x (annoyingly I was playing £4 spins, had cashed out 700 profit and had £5.70 left in balance and it dropped 4-scatters final spin). A 0.8x with one win in 12 spins.

What I hate is those bonuses which give none or 1 win in say the first 6 or 7 spins then retrigger for +5, a totally pointless exercise as you know the path has been set for the outcome of sheer filth already.

The fact every feature will produce at least 1 spin with a bogus wild above reel 2, and usually 1 spin with 2 bogus wilds. On several occasions I've had the filth of all filth, 3 split wilds on a spin 2-4-5 with no connection or 3-4-5 with nothing matching 1&2.
