BTG and new games updates PROBLEMS

I was playing BTG games Fireworks, Wild Portals. Beef Lightning, Wild Flower up to hit bonuses on each and move to other game(not played bonus rounds but collect and “saved” for later runs).
Thats the way I am playing games. To the bonus hit point and move to another game till I hit bonus and then play one by one all of them. It was working perfectly beofre, but..

Ive noticed that BTG at Playamo casino and some.others I play at, updated all the games with this new setup of bonus buys, win count skip..
Not sure whats going on at BTG, but same $hit happens 2nd time now again that all bonuses disappeared without to be played, not even in the background as default…!
Its the 2nd time in a week and its now in a huge ? QUESTION mark wether BTG is still leigh enough or what the hell is going on!?
Basically approx 8 or 9 bonuses are void without play without any fix, results and casinos can see the history, but not the bonuses played. Maybe not much of a wins, but maybe huge wins, who knows.. but..
Its not about the cash, but its about fixing something before BTG will be very question-able of being leigh on the market, you know. Im not being an a$$ here, but anyone has experienced this as well?
Do they have some bug errors happening with updates of their games?
Will be good to hear from BTG Rep a word about this as its a serious thing I think.

was just playing @BitStarz few min ago when all BTG games were gone ? Dont kno if some updates are going on or what but sure sux if all your collected bonuses are missing

The biggest point is, imagine playing say.. Lil Devil and yoy get 2 or 3 retriggers and game reloads and you lost the bonus game..

If it's BTG, perhaps the bonuses did pay out in the background but they were so small the OP didn't notice...?

Nope I was asking my Playamo casimo vip manager and we have been looking through the history and balance changes but, nope. They didnt play. Thats the weird thing. If there are issues with new bonusbuy/skip count games updates, BTG should fix it, because how can anyone possibly play their games knowing that this might happened..

By adding in Bonus Buys, the RTP needs to be spread into this additional option as well. Some part. So the disteibution of it must be changed, especially on games like Wild Flower, Lil Devil... where you buy one bonus and its random as nornal or enhanced bonus.
But the main point it, that, why they didnt test it all upfront beofre doing such a changes.
BTG is a big established name in iGaming, Id NOT expect this to be happening.. I have sent email to them as well, so lets see if there will be any reply.
From both Onluck and Playamo the bonuses I have collected are still missing, not even in the history, even tho my balance doesnt match the spins numbers (each game exactly this one spin is missing, where the bonuses have been landed).. so weird, so questionable, so bad in reputation of BTG.. :/

Rocknrolla had a DHV bonus go missing last week in one of his videos, he re-loaded the game and there was no trace of the bonus, even in game history.

Needs looking into for sure.

I was pointing it out 1st time on BWB but I think I will have to spread the word into other forums as they probably dont pay attention here or on BWB as much and this can really leads into quite a big fiasco of play.
Like I said, imagine playing Lil Devil and hitting two middle wilds and 1st reel as well with say 6 retrigger spins to go - game reload and you lost it completely. How could you possibly play any of the other games after this?
I think it is a serious thing to look at and they should do something about it.
Maybe some CM representative who has connection to BTG can point it out to them? Or get in touch with them???

Have you tried bonus hunt? Like play till bonus comes in, NOT playing the bonus but go to another BTG game and play till bonus comes and move to another game...and so on? And was the BTG with new bonus buys editions?
Cause yeah without the new Bonus Buys updated, the old good ones - all works as normal, collecting bonuses and then play one by one and just enjoy them, but with the new ones, it was my 2nd try and 2nd try same thing happened..

I played this morning BTG slots with bonus on, np at all, but BTG they only save bonus for 10mins, maybe they updating only UK for max bet of £5

I am not sure how its now the new setup, but when I am playing on non bonus buy games, they save up bonuses for 24h for sure - as I was playing at Bizzo or Woo for whole day to collect all games bonuses and next day played them one by one. But not sure now.. but regardless if a bonus is not played by player, they stated that it will be played by default in the background with outcome added into balance - which didnt happened at all and its nowhere to be found in my history by me, or my VIP manager. So basically all bonuses collected just vanished without a trace!
