When the games went down early hours in April the change was disgusting I was doing alright on it on bet365 and was up a bit but on extra chilli on bet365 before the update I was hitting crazy base game wins got one for £280 on 60p stake the change on that is vile as well dead spin after dead spin and I can’t get a bonus above £5-6 on 40p and 60p and also who wants to be a millionaire and opal fruits they’ve all been messed with. People who say otherwise I’m baffled how they can’t see the change. It’s filthy and makes me sick to think how much they are stealing every day. I just don't get it. People keep going on about how much BTG slots have changed and how they are ripping people off. Why keep playing them. You think they are going to rip you off but continue to give them money.

Rarely play bonanza. Used to play chilli but scrapped than when feature buy went as pointless. Only BTG slot I play often is WF as it plays well for me. If it starts playing bad I will stop.

Many other megaways slots much better than bonanza. Might have been the first and looked great at the time. But things have moved on and far superior megaways slots now.

When television first came out people were in awe at this great thing, black and white with one channel. Now things have moved on and noone would want it now. Same as bonanza.

Well here’s an invite to @Big Time Gaming. There are a few questions I would like you to answer. A lack of reply and I will assume guilty on all counts.

1. Is it a coincidence, that the minute you sold out to Evolution, your games started playing like they’d had 10% shaved off of the rtp?

2. Is there a different approach with the business model now? In as much as, instead of just a handful of games that were very good, you’re going down the route of many others and just make a quick killing as the longevity of a slot no longer bothers you.

3. How do you legally get away with this or was I right all along and audits are never carried out thoroughly, if at all?

I have stats that overwhelmingly support what I am saying. I have a lot of numbers to crunch and I mean a lot but I will post them in good time and I will do it honestly and let people judge for themselves.

You are either very naive or very arrogant, (not sure which), if you think you can change a game to the degree you have and expect someone who played the game virtually every day for 4 and a half years to believe that nothing had been altered.

This isn’t just a bit smelly, it absolutely reeks! I would also like to point out that this is not a sour grapes post. It’s simply like any other business, in as much as, I am the customer and I am paying for a product. If the product doesn’t live up to standards or expectations, then I have the right to demand an explanation or have my money refunded.

In any other industry I can think of (legal one), there is a complaints procedure and if that fails, you have an ombudsman. Not here though hey?

P.S. Could you please forward me the name of the accountant BTG use please, as I have a friend who needs to “lose a few quid” (Pun intended). I am sure you know what I mean.
