Don't know if anyone else has played bigwins casino but I had and wished I didn't I've had a pending withdrawal since the 29th of September it's still pending they took the live chat option away and very rarely react to my emails most are just ignored I've since read alot of reviews on this site and things don't look hopeful that il get my money they just fob me off with how many they have to process it just seems an extraordinarily long time I have a pab already front this site but no replies yet just wondered if anyone else has had experience with them

Yes, you aren't supposed to discuss the PAB in public but so far you've just mentioned you have one in progress, no problem if you keep it that way.

In general terms maybe other members here can offer their experiences on the site.

As for replies, @maxd is beholden to their speed of response, if at all. It can involve a fair bit of waiting sometimes.
 
Thank you for your reply bno I won't discuss the pab I just thought I'd mention I had an ongoing one incase someone suggested it I was just after a bit of hope that I would actually get my winnings as I'm running out of it

Is it the one owned by EastPoint Operations B.V.? Theres another one called "Big Wins" which is unlicensed and has a bad reputation.
 
It's supposed to be licenced by Curaçao which I have learned too late isn't always reliable
If it's the curacao licensed one then that is the better of the two. They have a CIL licence until January.

Seeing very little info about the casino other than the negative trustpilot reviews you mentioned, saw two resolved complaints at another site for delays.

I think you'll hopefully get it sorted through the PAB eventually, best of luck!

aye being ignored is the worst.
I also got in touch with the Curaçao licence people a while ago I gave all the information but they said they couldn't find anything on the casino and both times closed it down
This might pertain to the PAB slightly so try to avoid talking about anything to do with the case and only the about the site in a more birds eye view sense. From memory CIL and CEG are useless for complaints whilst GC and ANT were okay.
 
ah bugger. In that case they appear to have no reaction to complaints. They dont seem to be pretending to have a curacao licence, just a weird mexican one which will be worth nothing.

Sorry but I think you might be out of luck with those guys, still hope max and co can pull it out of the bag!

Unfortunately the only curacao licenced one is the one on the right.
I actually missed the bit about curacao on the crown big wins site but I'm afraid that is even worse news than not mentioning curacao at all.

That's really poo that's the last bit of hope I had really that and they keep saying they will try and hurry the process still hoping they do the right thing

Think I just looked up casinos and thought they sounded good I don't understand what the objective is in keeping the withdrawal pending if no one can touch them why haven't they just returned the money to my balance or come up with an excuse as to why I can't have it instead of saying they have so many to process

Yes, you're in the Bullshit Bingo game now, always played by scam casinos:

The 10-point bullshit bingo list for potential net winners goes like this:

1. KYC checks (admittedly for ALL their players not just winners but absolutely pointless as they are unlicensed and can do without them and winners will always find there's a 'problem' with their details. These are merely data collection and the details will be used for spamming other scam sites to you then eventually sold on to fraudsters.)

2. Allegations you broke abstemious bonus terms.

3. Arbitrary account closure when it becomes apparent you won't deposit there again.

4. False accusations you are 'fraudulent' (yes, you couldn't make it up!)

5. Referring to previous attempts to close your account for Responsible Gambling reasons, ignored because a PG to them is like manna from heaven and they dream of every depositor being one, so ALL attempts by you to excercise restrictions will be ignored. That is, until you get lucky and win big at which time they'll 'remember' these failed ignored RG attempts and use that as an excuse you shouldn't be playing and then close your account (minus deposits and wins naturally.)

6. Your 'pattern of play' if you played at say $1 then raised to $3 a spin and won big at that stake, so bogus accusations of 'manipulating games' (you cannot manipulate random slots and games lol.)

7. They will bypass 2-6 above IF they believe they can inveigle more deposits from you and you are a net loser. This will mean more plausible excuses like game checks, payment provider issues etc. which may manifest themselves in your w/d showing as pending (so you don't touch it) but depositing again while it's pending. If you are an overall winner, the opposite will be true and you will told you cannot deposit while a w/d is pending, in order to make you reverse it to continue playing.

8. If you demonstrate discipline, persist in not reversing and not depositing again, then a small mini-list of bollocks will be enacted similar to what you mention in your post. Game checks, play pattern, verification of some invented nonsense or other.

9. If you then still have the audacity to want your money and haven't reversed, your account will be inaccessible. You may or may not get an e-mail, the final time you'll ever hear from them, stating one the of the above 2-6 excuses as the reason, it's non-negotiable etc.

10. If you try and contact any CS (if they pretend to have one that can do anything but encourage deposits) with a complaint, e-mail etc. you will be ingnored. As a final act of despair, you may threaten to contact their licensing authority - they won't have one and even if they did it would be as useful as a brown cistern block.

Yeah was hoping that wasn't so they can't get me on most things because I never use bonuses I haven't tried to close my account they verified my account I just emailed them saying I know their licence is fake I hope you prove me wrong see what they come up with if no one has ever been payed out how are they still operating
 
Since I have nothing to lose I have called bigwins out on their fake licence and fraudulent activities even if it gets me nowhere with them I'm going to trash them on every available site, is there a way of getting them banned from operating
 
You could be correct maybe the op has heard back from the PAB team but on the slight chance it's still ongoing then best just to stay quiet and let it run it's course.
Casinomeister has had PABs with this rogue operator before, no response. A scam operator using 7 different made up licences won't have any recourse including a PAB.
I still want it to continue but yesterday someone on here said it was pointless and I wouldn't get my money I will hold off contact for now
That was me, I would never say that about a PAB normally but with a rogue operator the chances are 0%
 
Great Im really happy about that I want them to lose all their business till they close down the cheeky sods are still trying to send me bonus offers and free spins all the time probably in the hopes I will use them and give them a reason to void my withdrawal
 
I have had a few PAB's resolved here and my best advice to you would be to let @maxd handle it and don't post anything in the forum while it is ongoing. IF it CAN be resolved, rest assured Max and his team is your best path to resolving it. If the casino is rouge and isn't going to pay, bashing them in the forums won't force them. Good luck, I hope you get paid.
 
I was told that the casino I was with had a fake licence and didn't reply to any pabs or anything so it was classed as a rogue casino I hope that I will get my money back and the pab is still in place but I'm not holding my breath for a favourable outcome
 
Yeah, normally posting with a PAB in progress is shooting yourself in the foot — or is it me shooting you in the foot because you asked me to? :D — but in a deadbeat case like this the truth is that the casino almost certainly would ignore the PAB anyway so the OP doesn’t really have anything to lose. HOWEVER it would be respectful if you let us know in advance that you were dumping the PAB, that would only be the courteous thing to do.

Anyhoo, cat’s out of the bag now so have at it. I’ll still submit the PAB but chances are it’ll go straight to the bit bucket at their end.

Il definitely be more careful in future I hope the pab does go ahead at least they will see I'm doing something about it Iif they don't do anything I will just make a complete pain in the ass of myself till they either pay up or completely block me

@pettersaif , are you sure? From our records I don’t see that we have a PAB from you on this or any other casino. In fact you just registered so … how could you already have a PAB with us?

Unfortunately they'll never pay as it's a full blown scam. It's one of these
