I signed up on Saturday and despite losing 20 deposits with 0 withdrawals, the service overall has been excellent. I'm confident they will become a very successful casino. The site works smoothly and live chat on the two occasions I had to use it seemed very knowledgable and polite. The games tend to run in a small window which doesn't bother me personally, but may do for others.

One thing I would like to see are more promotions or bonuses offered outside of the welcome package. I don't see anything on their website that mentions if they do this, but I did find a £30 goodwill gesture bonus in my account a few days ago. I think that without a clear description of a loyalty program or future promotions, its difficult to find a reason to make a cold deposit when there are many casinos such as videoslots or tradacasino which offer cashback on every single deposit and have mostly all the same games. You may find many players claiming the welcome package and then never playing again as there is no real incentive.

Looking forward to seeing the WMS games added though as they always give an incentive to play no matter what bonuses are offered.

I'm using Chrome on a Macbook Pro (OSX Mavericks). Even if that should have come up, It'd be nice to have an easy route to deposit upon signup. I used to work in QA for a bingo site many moons ago so have seen how important it is to have these in-roads to depositing. Saves money on email marketing later if you have a minimal "no-depositor" list

Both approaches are good though I personally like more the easy approach letting everyone take their time. We'll look into having both options available so we can serve everyone the way they like.

Seeing as I've been playing for over a week now...

My own personal review of BetSpin Casino

I opened an account at Betspin last week. Signing up was a doddle, I saw no issues whatsoever. I made a debit card deposit and, as always, declined any sign-up bonus.
They have most of my favourite games; Dead or Alive, Immortal Romance, Twin Spin, Starburst (yes, really), Creature from the Black Lagoon (ditto) etc, although there are some disappointing omissions on a personal level; Tally Ho, Adventure Palace, Agent Jane blond, The Finer Reels of Life, Break da Bank Again, Excalibur.
The casino is very new though and plenty more games will be added in due course.

Things didn't start great. In fact I had a torrid time to kick things off, quickly losing several deposits and even vented my frustration here on Casinomeister.
Whilst I was only sounding off (we all do now and again), I expected nothing in return and continued playing. Much to my surprise, Phil added a very nice free chip to my account, to the tune of £200 with only a 5x wagering requirement. I was actually a bit embarrassed to be honest, and was kinda glad I eventually lost the bonus (I hate winning with free money).

Anyway, this seemed to spur my luck on dramatically and before I knew it I had made a couple of £300 withdrawals before landing a whopper on Dead or Alive; a lovely £1300+ win.
All in all and as things stand, I'm ahead on BetSpin after being behind by almost £1100. All withdrawals reached my account within 36hrs of being processed, which is superb.

Document verification, at the time of writing, is a bit of unnecessary faffing about; the process itself is simple - from within the site, you select which part you are uploading (Photo ID, deposit method, proof of address), select your image(s) and off they go. Sadly, there is only 1 image per part and at any one time. So I uploaded the front of my debit card, and only noticed a while later that I still needed to upload a picture of my debit card. The back, as it turns out (although there is no indication of this to begin with). This has been raised as an issue and, to BetSpin's credit, will be addressed soon enough.

Some games open and are very small. Phil has stated that this is being looked into and will be fixed (they have several ideas for tackling this issue). Although a simple fix for me on Mac (Google Chrome) is to just grab the bottom right corner of the browser window and move it up slightly; the game pops out and becomes much bigger.

The customer service is fantastic. I've communicated with Phil several times on different subjects and always receive quick replies, good information, reassurance and excellent all-round care. This is one part of the online gaming world that BetSpin clearly aim to do very well, and so far, so very good.

PROS

Good selection of games.
Attractive website that is easy to navigate.
Very few, if any, game errors.
Genuinely fast withdrawals (with NO reverse option!).
Superb customer service.
Generous bonuses.

CONS

Some teething problems remain (I'm sure they'll all be ironed out).
Missing some favourite games.
Not much else.


VERDICT

Clearly this is a casino that's been opened with the intention of "aiming for the top" (and if you don't aim for the top, you'll never reach it), doing practically everything properly right from the very start. Great customer care, fast withdrawals, plenty of games, rock solid website. It all looks good from here. Just bulk up the game selection and you'll be practically perfect.

Forgot to report back after i tried betspin out for the first time, not a lot to say really i had no issues with any aspect of the site, support was good no technical problems or bonus issues. The only downside is that the game choice is not as wide as some casinos but being a new operation i would imagine this would expand as the buisness does. No win for me with the welcome offer so can't give any feedback on withdrawals. Fun experience overall , i also like how the account info is set out the wagering requirement/progress if you have a bonus is clear and simple to track.

I registered yesterday and tried them out with a small deposit. Glad i did not make my usual deposit amount and betting my normal bet size of 2-6$ as i had a terrible experience and would have lost more money.

5 minutes from the start of playing DOA i got the first error "game not available, please try later", so pressed F5 to refresh wouldn't do it. Clicked on Lobby, wouldn't open any slot. Logged off, closed browser, cleaned cookies, re-opened, logged back in and suddenly could load DOA again.

Same error kept repeating in different time intervals, plus terrible lag quite often until balance was gone. Didn't even think about a second deposit as i was fed up with repeating the same procedure.

Agree that when you are given free spins with W/R they are a waste of time, if they are free they should be free with no W/R. Well that's my 3rd, and most likely last deposit made.

1st £80, scraped through the WR to withdraw £40 (minus £2.50 for the privilege of withdrawing) RTP=94%
2nd £50, managed about 55% of the WR, RTP=74%
3rd £70, managed about 28% of the WR, RTP=69%

Games run ok, most of the time, although I did get quite a bit of lag the first time I played.

The site it's self is VERY slow, when I've clicked on anything, it can take 5 or 6 seconds before anything even starts to happen.

The cash and bonus balances shown, when you click on the account icon down the left hand side, is not constantly updated. So it could be easy to complete the WR, without knowing it, unless you click through account settings and select bonus which shows the actual balances, not the balances from when that particular page or game was loaded

Ok so here goes, I singed up with this casino as I found only positive things about them online, they seem fair and I like the low bonus wagering and free spins with no wagering, I deposited 25€ and took the welcome bonus , prior to deposit I verified my account and support was awesome in it getting it done very quickly, support very friendly and helpful,
I managed to wager the bonus and requested a withdral of 125€
I was excited to see how this would be handled as they brag online about thier 2hr processing time and withdrawls being super quick, unfortunately that didn't. Happen, I contated live chat and was told that 2hr withdrawls are thier aim but only during certain hours, so my withdrawl will be processed tomorrow hopefully round 9 cet,
I have no problem with this but then in my welcome email they should not have made it out to sound like they are on the same pay out schedual as Videoslots or guts for example..

I don't think a single deposit played on a single game is anywhere near enough to judge any casino. You could've played that game anywhere and had just as bad an experience (or even worse).
Don't get me wrong; it's your money to do with as you please, I just think the whole "account closed" on the grounds of Golden Princess being crap (which it always is ) is a bit sudden.

Happen, I contated live chat and was told that 2hr withdrawls are thier aim but only during certain hours, so my withdrawl will be processed tomorrow hopefully round 9 cet,

The same happened to me. The main problem with this is that it's not very clear you've been logged out and if you switch game it loads automatically in fun mode.

I don't think a single deposit played on a single game is anywhere near enough to judge any casino. You could've played that game anywhere and had just as bad an experience (or even worse).
