It can and will sometimes happen that the game itself goes over to fun play. It have happened to me too.

I think you should keep the part ''You're playing for real'', and ''You're playing for fun'' just so we know for sure.

Agreed. Based on the feedback we can definitely make the message less authoritative and probably do away with the option to play for fun. You can always go back to the lobby and will still have the option to play for fun if you wish as well. Cheers.

I managed to wager the bonus and requested a withdral of 125€
I was excited to see how this would be handled as they brag online about thier 2hr processing time and withdrawls being super quick, unfortunately that didn't. Happen, I contated live chat and was told that 2hr withdrawls are thier aim but only during certain hours, so my withdrawl will be processed tomorrow hopefully round 9 cet,
I have no problem with this but then in my welcome email they should not have made it out to sound like they are on the same pay out schedual as Videoslots or guts for example..
Overall I like the casino and support is great, only issue is payout speed, I'm still in the pending stage of my withdrawl so let's see if they stick to thier word about a am payout

I don't think a single deposit played on a single game is anywhere near enough to judge any casino. You could've played that game anywhere and had just as bad an experience (or even worse).
Don't get me wrong; it's your money to do with as you please, I just think the whole "account closed" on the grounds of Golden Princess being crap (which it always is ) is a bit sudden.

I've just had a quick check this morning and I believe the funds should already be in your account by now.

We do pride ourselves on fast withdrawals and I believe the members here will be able to back that up from their experiences so far but its a good point that you make and I am hoping we can have withdrawals processed during the night for our players who are playing from the Southern Hemisphere as well.

A bit harsh to close account but that's complete up to your self,

If you just knew how many 20's I deposit a day across sites and not even no play play time I do not think there be a site left to play on, Its swings and roundabouts in this game, Mostly swings towards the casino's side but always them times we manage to get a withdraw,

The same happened to me. The main problem with this is that it's not very clear you've been logged out and if you switch game it loads automatically in fun mode.

It is common sense.
Why play at a casino where you can get returns like that on a first deposit?
In my experience when my first deposit plays that bad so do the next god knows how many.
