Hi there.

This site seems promising, and Jasmine confirms a great place to play for Canadians.
Having a slight blip in the signup process, and I am looking everywhere for a live chat, phone number etc to contact you and correct this prior to playing.
I am either blind, or no such service is yet available.
It will only let me include 6 digits in my telephone number, and Canadian #'s have 7 digits. Probably a minor detail, but just today I read of another casino voiding a new customer's cashout for not including exact correct details upon signup. Do I need to be concerned and wait for an email reply today or tomorrow to fix this, or am I good to go ahead and play? I posted here rather than wait for an email response, since you seem to be actively reading this thread right now.

Also please rest assured that we would never void a players winnings because they entered an incorrect phone number. If they entered an incorrect name, maybe. I think it would be really petty to void winnings in such a way and would not really be in line with how we like to operate.

Awesome, will PM you, one more question that perhaps you can answer, and it would benefit others to know also. I only see MasterCard and Visa as deposit methods at the moment, from Canada. As discussed in another thread, the majority of Canadian credit cards (prime rate cards with an actual bank vs. pre-paid Titanium cards that I now believe WILL work) do not work to deposit at a casino. Are there other options coming soon? Ukash and Eco-Card come to mind, but any other option than credit card would def help some in my country.

From Canada you can deposit using Visa, MasterCard, Skrill or Neteller.
I can also confirm that we do plan to add Ukash at some point in the near future as well.

I am not so sure about Eco-Card, I will need to discuss that with the guys here at Betspin.

Here is the options I get, no skrill or netteller, just Visa and M/C. As I said, may just be a Canada thing.

Phil, you should be aware that Neteller is not available to Canadians, has not been for a long time.

Canadians may still have a Skrill account, but it cannot be used for gambling transaction. That ended for us in January 2013, and I miss them greatly.

Ecopayz is a little more expensive for us, but offers at least one or two advantages for us, and is probably the best choice for Canadian gamblers that use an ewallet. It is an international card, and a major player.

Instadebit is popular with many folks, and the fastest if you are happy to have instant access to the contents of your bank account.

My phone number was truncated, I just contacted livechat immediately, and it was sorted and showing correct details in moments. If it couldn't have been fixed immediately, I would have waited to deposit. If it was next day, I probably would have spent it elsewhere, but you would have remained somewhere I would deposit next time.

Are you saying that in your casino people from Canada will be able to use Neteller and Skrill? No other casino allow them to use those options.
They can't have a Neteller account and not use Skrill for gambling.
Maybe you should check again :)

Actually you are right. I have just quickly checked with legal and although we have enabled the options, in reality both Neteller and Skrill will block gambling transactions that they see from Canada.
Again sincere apologies for any confusion here. I've had the options removed again now and will instead focus on seeing how we can get EcoPayz live ASAP.

It's really frustrating playing at Everymatrix casinos. Lag, constant errors and glitches. Now I got a pop-up while playing a Quickfire game at Betspin that said "Not enough funds" when I clearly do have funds. Never seen that one before. :p

The same with as with Guts, like the site but I hate EM.

Sorry about jumping to conclusions but I have had the same errors, slow spins and laggy spins as I do with EM casinos. Maybe my patience isn't the greatest but when your used to smooth game play it get's frustrating.

I played The Spin Lab, after a while I got the no funds pop-up, I switched to Battlestar Galactica and then Twin Spin where I got the same error. Live chat was very helpful and fixed my problem in a few seconds though. :thumbsup:
 
I made my second deposit with Betspin, bonus correctly credited. Popped in just to say hello and kibbutz for a few lines with LiveChat. One of the reasons I become a returning customer at a casino is the quality of live chat, and i remained happy.

Played Jackhammer, and that would be a game where the game is smaller than the games I played first session. 2/3 of the screen is background. Not enough to keep me from playing it but it was off centre as well, just so you know it's one to look at.

Wanted to ask support a question, and live chat was not available. Gave it a few goes within a few minutes, still not available, and I chose not to use the send us an email option. Since my question was about progressive slots with a bonus, I just thought I'd play something else and try later.

Rallied my balance with Holly Madison (wouldn't have played it without a comment in this thread), and left after a good bonus round.

Tried support again, still offline.

Okay, no TDK and 7 million for me.

I opened Invisible Man, and there are 25 free spins there.

Well, there is no reason for 25 free spins to be there that I know of. No LiveChat still. I joined their facebook, and perhaps I won a contest, or an end of the month bonus, or maybe they are just there by mistake. I don't know and I can't ask except by email.

Closed the game and now I am not playing slots until an answer.

Bit of a bummer but it is probably wise for me to just go to bed right now. I will go back and use the message us function, and will check in the morning for the response, and how long it did take, and will report back.

I know when I play a new casino that bumps are still being worked out. I will keep you all up to date.
 
A very quick update.

When I went back in order to send a support ticket, Marcus was back, he had to get some food (chicken salad for those like me who want to know what you are eating).

A suggestion Phil, maybe instead of that generic support is not available, maybe give staff a Back in 5, or Back at 13;30, or you may leave a message and we will get back to you kind of thing. I realize a smaller staff pool can mean real people need to pee or eat, and I am happy enough to know and accept that for the more personal service in a smaller casino. If livechat is going to be off for hours, leave that message, and if it is a technical problem with the chat but email is live, leave that message.

My original question, the answer was yes, you can play progressives with a bonus, and yes, it does count towards wagering. Not many things would bum me out more that that 7 million dollar Mega Moolah jackpot win being denied for a terms violation.

Big bonus points to Betspin, if I can't play it on a bonus, the game is blocked.

The Invisible Man spins? To quote Marcus "If they're there, just use them". Still don't know why I have the, but thank you Betspin. It's still wise for me to go to bed, and I look forward to playing on tomorrow.

It is my intention to cashout if I can, even it is below my usual cashout point. With a new casino I like to see the cashout procedure and timeframe, and get all the paperwork of verification out of the way.

And if I don't cashout, I am sure I will be back to try again if things carry on as they have so far.

We currently have one Customer Care team member working during the night and our support is 24/7 but of course when you have just one person working there will be times that they need to go the toilet, go for a break or eat some food. :)
That being said its a very good suggestion to inform players that we will be right back, at least that way you know you can contact somebody on live chat without having to wait too long, i.e. until the next morning.

Also it looks like it was your lucky day, as you are from Canada you should have received your free spins on Mega Fortune for your second deposit rather than on The Invisible Man.
I am presuming you must have got both. :)

Went to deposit last night and realised I only had just under £20 left in gaming account (separate bank account for gaming)

So I thought no problem, will deposit £19 which will cover the deposit 'charge' too. However the system would not allow this and asked for £20 or more.

Just a polite request to see if the minimum could maybe changed to £10GBP as I ended up depositing elsewhere ( :( )

Most of my deposits are £20/£25 but sometimes like to have a 'mega low roll' if i got odd few quid in bank.

Won't mention any names but sites run similarly to yours accept £10 so please do what you can if anything :D

At the moment the minimum deposit via Visa and MasterCard is £20. This is to cover the admin charges for processing.
As we grow we may be able to reduce the minimum deposit amount via these payment methods but for the time being they will need to remain as they are I am afraid.

That being said you can deposit £10 using both Neteller and Skrill.

I am having issues tonight with this site. I received a promotion via email and took advantage of free spins, this was turned into over £200 as there an no WR from wins. I decided to withdraw £200 and I am leaving £19 in to play with.

I was asked to verify my account, so I uploaded my drivers license, a copy of cc front and back, I was even asked to sign it, which I did. I sent in a tax document from the government and thought all was ok. I then got told I needed to send in more documents! They then wanted a bank statement, I advised I only have online statements as I don't get paper copies, I was told this was accepted, so I gave a screenshot of this and was then told, it had to have the bank logo and name on it. It already has my details, sort code, account number etc....

It seems a lot to ask for extra considering it isn't asked for initially, I'm having a some issues now with regards to this. Customer service is excellent and she is very helpful (linette) that's not the issue, the issue is asking for everything under the sun

Just an update, the customer service was second to none, she was brilliant at her job - linette.

She was on top form to ensure my account was verified.

Feedback though - it should state that you have to upload all these documents and allow more than one pic for withdrawal, you can only do one at a time and you need to upload several, so a slight flaw there.

Just waiting on my withdrawal now, she also approved this.

Customer service 9/10
Ease to upload documents 6/10 needs more than one pic option
Document verification 7/10 linette was quick and efficient but the site doesn't state all the docs needed

Overall excellent and I would deposit again, in fact I will be one day no doubt

You have to do something about the really annoying 'background casino' sounds, so irritating, not the game sounds cos I do enjoy playing with in game sounds, that real irritating mumbly chatter and ding dings arrghh :eek::eek:

Did have a brief 'flick' around site see if it could be muted in some form of setting but couldn't find anything :(

Got an email today to say it had been processed the withdrawal, but with a £2.50 admin fee....bit disappointed but free cash I suppose

I've not been lucky enough to withdraw, but I'm also disappointed about the fees to withdraw and even to deposit!

Nice casino, but there's plenty of other casinos to play at where you don't have to pay a fee to lose your money!

The money hasn't arrived as of yet, so I'll update how long it takes in total, I was told 1-3 bank working days, this is day 3 so hopefully tomorrow at the latest

I would expect you will get it tomorrow its probably taking a bit longer because of the bank holidays at the weekend.

Even the withdrawal and deposit windows are timing-out now. So I can't withdraw what I've won from the first of this weekend's double bonus.
But that also means I can't deposit to take the second bonus, giving them a chance to get back what I won in the first one :thumbsup:
 
Finally managed to make a withdrawal request.
My account was verified when I made a previous withdrawal. But as I used Neteller to deposit this time, I needed to upload a new verification.
So I uploaded a screenshot from my Neteller account. Apparently verification is done in 1 to 3 hours. So an hour later I checked my account, only to find that the verification had been rejected. and it says to upload again.

Chat is still just producing a blank window when I try to open it, So I'll have to email them to find out what's wrong.

Shouldn't they be emailing me to say the verification has been rejected, and what the problem is?
Or do you have to find out for yourself that it's been rejected by logging in and take a guess what the reason is?

tried the new game ... the MG game rabbit in the hat was very laggy phil...

specially when there is the hat appear on last rell the reel spin for ever ...

then the hat dropped and the spin complete happened a lot times :(

Ty for the offers too though the three offers 50% each lost quickly though...
