LOL....Tried joining, the mobile phone number box has autofill for the UK (+44) code and the resulting space won't allow me to type the full 11-digit number after it. Can't enter my full mobile number.
OK, can edit it later before I play presumably, then the submit (All good let's play!) button isn't responsive in IE, just dips and does nothing.

Great start!

Also bonus terms don't seem to state if cash is played first and you can withdraw if you haven't played the bonus funds, or if the whole balance becomes bonus?

OK, done it successfully in Google Chrome, but still not enough space for my mobile number.....

Thanks for alerting me about the situation with the mobile numbers. I will get that fixed ASAP.

Upon making a deposit, both your deposit and bonus will be locked until you complete the required wagering at which point you can withdraw your bonus along with any accumulated winnings.

Yes, UK mobile numbers are 11-digits and your form will only permit 9 after the +44 so this needs looking at sharpish. I know you wouldn't, but some sites could give you the 'FU' if you won and it turned out your sign-up details were incomplete or inaccurate. This could cross the minds of those signing up. :(

P.S. The responsible gaming section has info about deposit limits and setting them - usually sites will have a direct link from this info i.e. set limits HERE

Account info is hard to find, where's the link? I want to try and edit my mobile no. and there are loads of sticky/floating buttons that stay on the page when you scroll, but not the one I want?

Secondly, those 4 sticky floating buttons on the left side prevent you reading the terms etc. as they cover the left side of any text - can we kill them?

Sorry to moan, but it's good as I like breaking things and I hope it's constructive so you can iron things out before they annoy anyone else...

Tried to sign up using IE/Firefox/Chrome same issue with all three won't accept six digits for the UK postcode

Yes, we believe we have good RG gaming limits which are supposed to be easily accessible by visiting the 'Account' section and then 'Gaming Limits'. As seen below:



I have just tested a bit myself and if you cannot see the 'Account' section I can only presume you have a very small screen resolution.

Either way we definitely need to get this fixed if that is the case, as we obviously need to make these options available to every single player. So thank you so much for raising this as well, we appreciate all honest feedback as it will definitely help us to improve our product.

We try to test as much as we can but there are so many different devices and browsers out there it can be mission impossible sometimes, which is why we really appreciate all the feedback that we can get and find it very helpful.

Leave this with me and I hope to have the page act in a more responsive way for players with smaller desktop resolutions ASAP.

I have max 1366x768 screen res. and get this - bottom (account) button missing or inaccessible.:)

Well, once I got in there the account and responsible gaming sections are pretty excellent and clear, as is your bonus progress and all else. I had to shrink my top-toolbars in order to view the 'account' button in IE11. I also successfully amended the mobile number and a nice easy portal to upload KYC stuff.

I still recommend you lose those annoying hovering buttons on the left, they just cover up text and clutter up the screen, the designers have 'over-engineered' it IMO.

What do others think? I personally like the fixed menu/buttons at the top, out of the way.

How do you close the 'account info' grey window? there doesn't appear to be an 'x' to close window or button below to return, I have to use back on my browser....

P.S. I have sussed this, you just click on the screen next to it and it disappears...

Even worse, the deposit form, I select 'visa' as payment method, and no box for entering the card number appears! IF you are supposed to register you payment card somewhere else on the site, where??

PLUS - I submitted docs (very quickly approved by the way!) and now it states I have sent 3 x utility bills and no photo ID or Payment card scan!

Saw that you found the close account window solution. This is great feedback as it seems it's not always so simple to use as we think.

Thank you for the kind words regarding the RG section, its definitely something that we have had a strong focus on, its just a shame its not as responsive as we would like for smaller devices but now that we have identified the issue we can hopefully apply a quick fix ASAP.

I am confident once we fix the responsiveness for smaller devices the left navigation bar will not be as intrusive and will be much better that it is now for you in terms of usability.
I'll keep you posted on developments and thanks again for the feedback, its really appreciated.

Well, at least the games run smoothly and not one disconnect in 4 hours. I got battered, couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo.
Have a pending withdrawal not processed yet but at least it doesn't appear to be reversible. Still a bit concerned that my account still says 3 x utility bill 'approved' as in my photo and not the correct documents. The site is fine in Chrome (as long as you don't have a left-side favourites bar) but can't use it in IE11 - but I do get issues with IE at other sites too.

Well, I've cut my losses and run...:)

I really like this casino. Had no issues registering, depositing or playing games.
One thing that does bug me -

I can open a drop-down "game filters" menu, but there's no apparent reason for them because I can't actually set up a filter. Nothing is clickable :confused:
I'm playing on a Mac, and using Google Chrome, so maybe that has something to do with it? It's not really a big deal because I know what game I want to play anyway and can quickly use the search field but I just thought I'd bring it up :)

Overall though, very good so far :thumbsup:

The only issue i have, is that some of the Quickfire games are sooo small, and unlike many other sites, there doesn't seem to be any way to enlarge them.
It can be difficult to even read the balance.
