Just wanted to wish you guys the best of luck. Have a good feeling about this one.

Already made my first deposit, will be back when you add more slots. If you're up to Guts' standard (they helped you with the launch if I'm not mistaking), then count me in.

I deposited 2 nights in a row and managed to withdraw each time so am up. An ok selection of games but hope more slots are added. No GOT for example. The site is pretty easy to navigate but the size of most of the slots is awful. Small screens and some of them you can hardly see your balance. This is pretty annoying struggling to see whats going on. Played Judge Dread and could not make out my balance and gave up on that slot as the screen size of the game was just too small. Hope this gets addressed. Pop up screens /new window maybe for the games like Redbet do maybe ? with resizable screen sizes.

Support is top notch no issues with that and Phil sorted out a very minor issue with my documents within minutes and my withdraws also processed really quickly. This is a real plus! A few areas where design could be improved such as when chat is offline you get an option to email support but the text area and submit button are crushed right down the bottom of the screen so were not visible until I readjust my screen size. But thats a minor.

The 2.5 fee per with draw is pretty steep when added to the deposit fee. But that is there choice I suppose. Finally the documents section only asks for 1 piece of id per item. So I could only upload the front of my card and then some hours later the system asks again for another part of my id but did not state what. I guessed it was the back of my card. Maybe more description needed on that area along with making it clear (and possible ) to upload front and back of the cards at the same time. But as I said that was sorted super quick by Phil the the CS team :)

I think with some improvements here and there, a much bigger game choice and LARGER screens Betspin could become one of the heavy weight casinos. I will be playing there again for sure

Not an issue for me - it usually hovers between £10 and bust! :D
WMS as you say will put this site right up there - fast cash-outs and all the best software in one place.
Looking forward to Rogering the Rhino in the not too-distant future......

Agreed on WMS. I will deposit again here but not much as game choice is limited at the moment. Rhino is a great slot but horribly frustrating. Love / Hate with that one. But when he is in pay mode it can be amazing. Let us hope WMS is shoved onto the games page soon :)

Thanks miiisooo, that's very kind of you.

We will definitely be adding more games in the very near future.

Plus we’re also glad to be compared to Guts’ high standards.
To clarify we are on a platform that is provided by Guts’ sister company but we operate completely independently as a brand.

Thanks again,
Phil.

Phil is not a shameless self promoter so I'll post this great blog post about him.

Nice to get an interview with Phil like this! Makes it feel a bit more personal rather than players vs the entity only known as "the casino".

Phil thanks for doing that and you seem a stand up guy but ahem

Starburst and Twin Spin are both solid games ............... An Evening with Holly Madison is not bad as well.

:eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2: "solid" and "not bad" because they never pay out to the players maybe :eek::eek::eek:

haha no not quite, I think both of them two games have good maths. When you look at the numbers as a Product Manager those two games always seem to be two of the most popular in terms of player volumes. Holly Madison was more for the bonus round. :D

I notice live chat has been unavailable for most of the evening, is this just a one off or not offered 24x7?

Hey Nicola,

Our live chat should be 24/7. I just spoke to our guys and they tell me they did have a bit of downtime but it should be back up and fully available now. Apologies for that. If I can help in anyway as well just let me know.

Thanks,
Phil.

I do have to question the sanity of a casino manager that likes St*rb*rst, as it suggests rapid mental decline and deterioration of faculties. I may or may not have to honour a bet in 3 weeks by playing it for 4 solid hours if someone gets all 40 quiz questions right. I wish I hadn't said that now. There is clearly a conspiracy occurring and has been for a few years, as evidenced by casinos offering mainly that game for free-spin sign-up offers. There is clearly an ongoing attempt by Netent, or the designer of the game to obtain some sort of mass subliminal mind-control. The clue is in the colours and the effect of spinning them at certain speeds at a frequency the human brain is susceptible to. You've been exposed Netent...

No worries. I was contacted as I needed to send the back of my card through but all the options in the control panel were already verified so it wouldn't let me send anything else through.

It's been reset so I can now send them securely online!

P.S. Not keen on the 2.5% transaction charge on each deposit. Any way this can be dropped like most other casinos have done?

I had exactly the same issue where you could not upload more than 1 image / file for the card used to deposit. It was sorted as I said through Phil quickly. But this needs to be addressed as it seems like a design flaw of quite an important part of any casino. I also dont like the 2.5 transaction fee combined with a £2.50 withdraw fee for each withdraw. That does put me off me multiple deposits which I do pretty much on a regular basis as those fees do add up. Other than that think this Casino is heading fully in the right direction

Guts do this as do Bet-at too and many other offshore-based multiplatform sites who service the UK market. They charge on deposits and/or a fixed-fee for withdrawals. Then again they pay-out very quick, so you pays yer money and takes yer choice. I think they face higher costs than UK-based sites. You tend to find the fees missing only from the very large established casinos with the margins and player-base to absorb the costs. I assume that different processors have varying fees too. I don't mind paying it in return for rapid cash-outs although obviously I'd prefer not to.:)

Same as my self, I guessed that when the I.D popped back up with add card I guessed it would be the back they wanted,

I agree with the fees, Abit steep but in all fairness this fee is well worth the service you get, rather pay a fee and get a quick service than no fee and waiting days for payment ect, By this time its cost you a whole lot more due to reversing it :), the fee's can soon add up low,

Thanks Nicola. I'm glad to hear that you managed to get that resolved.

Being from the UK I appreciate and I am aware that deposit fee's are not customary at a lot of gambling sites. At the same time we are predominately a Nordic financed company, and these costs are to cover the transaction costs for processing. The situation may change in the future but for the time being I am afraid that the deposit fees will have to remain.

I agree Deeplay, this does need to be addressed as its clearly causing some confusion for players. We are working on improving the 'Account Verification' section as we speak. This will include the option to re-upload additional documents at any point and also so that the 'Account Verification' section remains visible even after the verification process has been completed.

Yeah I suppose looking at it in the light of fast withdraws .... if I was given a choice of say no fees but 3 days pending / reversible or pay a fee and get quick turn around within hours I will go the latter. Good point

Just signed up (Will make a deposit after work)

One thing I will say is that you guys need to work on the "sign up journey" a bit, By that, I mean after verifying my email address i got thrown back to the front page of the site and there was no prompt that i needed to log in again. Most online casinos have it so that once you verify your email, you get sent to a dedicated login screen which after log-in takes you to the deposit screen.

Removing these kinds of obstacles means you get less abandoned sign-ups and more depositing new players. Naturally this comes with time after QA testing but anything to increase customer base is always a good thing.

Other than that, It's all looking good so far, Will give you more of my opinion once i've deposited and played a bit :)

Contact support and send over docs while your talking to them to make sure they get forwarded to the right department.
If nothing after 24 hours contact rep :)
i had no probs getting mine sorted this place is a good operation no b-lls-it

Looks like batista the wrestler :p... But back to business.. Used all the welcome bonuses, alltough i heard alot of negative feedback from fellow gamblers, the only issue was just a tiny lag during gameplay of IR. Won from the 1st deposit 500€. Docs were approved pretty fast and the cash found it way to E-W in quickly matter.

Only negative is thing to say for now is the 2,5€ fee of withdrawals even on E-W's

This casino has the potential to become one of best in the industry. Keep up the good work!

Only just read this thread for the first time - looks like a LOT of start-up problems :eek2:
When did this casino first open?

Went ahead and opened a player account anyway, and I agree the sign-up process is a little "clunky" compared to other sites.
Still could not enter my full mobile number (2 digits short) - but at least I know I wont get any spam texts! :D

Was able to enter my country as ENGLAND!!!!!
At last! A casino which actually recognises that England is indeed a country! :notworthy
(All other casinos only have UK as an option)

Hi benmooe,

Thanks for the information, appreciated.

That's quite strange though as you should receive a message similar to the below after clicking the verification email:

verification message.JPG

Can I kindly ask what browser version and device you are using?

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,
Phil.

Hi KasinoKing,

This is the fifth week that we have been live and we are still ironing out some teething problems.

We had quite a few helpful testers use the site before going live for the UK and one of the drop off points was that England was not available as an option, so we added it.

Likewise the issues with the mobile numbers were also raised during this testing phase. So we are on top of that problem and a fix should be rolled out real soon.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime and also for the honest feedback as always.

Cheers,
Phil.

I signed up on Saturday and despite losing 20 deposits with 0 withdrawals, the service overall has been excellent. I'm confident they will become a very successful casino. The site works smoothly and live chat on the two occasions I had to use it seemed very knowledgable and polite. The games tend to run in a small window which doesn't bother me personally, but may do for others.

One thing I would like to see are more promotions or bonuses offered outside of the welcome package. I don't see anything on their website that mentions if they do this, but I did find a £30 goodwill gesture bonus in my account a few days ago. I think that without a clear description of a loyalty program or future promotions, its difficult to find a reason to make a cold deposit when there are many casinos such as videoslots or tradacasino which offer cashback on every single deposit and have mostly all the same games. You may find many players claiming the welcome package and then never playing again as there is no real incentive.

Looking forward to seeing the WMS games added though as they always give an incentive to play no matter what bonuses are offered.
