Hi spintee,

I have just had a quick check and can confirm that all of your ID has been approved.

You should be able to see the status of your documents as they are approved in the 'Account' section but once they have all been approved and the the account has been verified the 'Account Verification' section is dropped from the list of options, as its no longer deemed relevant. That being said we could and probably should leave it there to avoid any unnecessary confusion.

I lost my NDB mate
It was £200 and I think I got it up to over £300 at one point before I squandered it
I actually lost almost £1000 in deposits before things picked up. Have made a couple of nice withdrawals since and still have a healthy balance to play with.

I was doing quite well with my first deposit, had a starting balance of £160, just took things easy playing between 20p and 60p spins. had my balance up to nearly £300 a few times.
Then when I had only 10-15% of the wagering to go and about £140 balance it got eaten by TSII. The best win I had in the first 200x 60p spins was £3.20 !! and no bonus rounds, I've had some cold runs on TSII, but none that bad before.

Why does it always happen towards the end of WR???

So once my balance hit £50, I used DOA to grind through the WR, and managed to withdraw £40, half of my initial deposit.
And then got stung with a £2.50 withdrawal fee!!!

I'm just glad I didn't win with that NDB; nothing worse than "moaning my luck in", and even worse if it had been free

Also - withdrawals are very fast (to process and then reach account). PLEASE for the love of God don't change this.

That's what always puts me off depositing a second or third time with sites like this. I'd never tie my deposit up for such a small amount as 25%.
You either have to risk making a biggish deposit, so you have a decent bankroll to play with, or deposit the minimum and basically write it off

I deposited 2 nights in a row and managed to withdraw each time so am up. An ok selection of games but hope more slots are added. No GOT for example. The site is pretty easy to navigate but the size of most of the slots is awful. Small screens and some of them you can hardly see your balance. This is pretty annoying struggling to see whats going on. Played Judge Dread and could not make out my balance and gave up on that slot as the screen size of the game was just too small. Hope this gets addressed. Pop up screens /new window maybe for the games like Redbet do maybe ? with resizable screen sizes.

Support is top notch no issues with that and Phil sorted out a very minor issue with my documents within minutes and my withdraws also processed really quickly. This is a real plus! A few areas where design could be improved such as when chat is offline you get an option to email support but the text area and submit button are crushed right down the bottom of the screen so were not visible until I readjust my screen size. But thats a minor.

The 2.5 fee per with draw is pretty steep when added to the deposit fee. But that is there choice I suppose. Finally the documents section only asks for 1 piece of id per item. So I could only upload the front of my card and then some hours later the system asks again for another part of my id but did not state what. I guessed it was the back of my card. Maybe more description needed on that area along with making it clear (and possible ) to upload front and back of the cards at the same time. But as I said that was sorted super quick by Phil the the CS team

I think with some improvements here and there, a much bigger game choice and LARGER screens Betspin could become one of the heavy weight casinos. I will be playing there again for sure

Well when you get WMS games along with bigger screens will put you right up there!! WMS have some of the best slots available IMO!!! And it will be a great addition to your portfolio of games. Good also to see no reverse time as far as I can tell. Soon as you hit withdraw it does not seem to reversible. That is a good move imo. Always leaves a bad feeling when a player reverses. And in most cases casinos get it back in the long run anyway
