BET365 not paying Comp points as agreed

Hi,

first of all I am a new member here, I am writing to complain about bet365, I have accumulated a total of 111534 Loyalty points(comp points) through my casino plays, according to bet365 every 85points is exchangeable for 1GBP, hence I had a chat with bet365 customer service today in regards of this, after talking for awhile, they informed me that the Management has decided that my points will NOT be able to exchange for cash, and when I asked for the reason, they insisted of not providing me with the reason and said its a managerial decision, so after losing 12k pounds last week, I can't even get what I deserve, I don't understand why, they failed to provide me with a vaild reason, and kept leaving me hanging. I hope someone can help me with this or if there is a rep from b365 here please do me a favor and return my money to me.
