Wondering what RTP is? Find out here at Casinomeister
As far as I am aware these are the only ones still standing on mostly Max RTP in the UK (ignoring slightly sub-par Red Tiger RTPs dotted around, as that's the norm).

Any others to add to the list?

Novibet
Vbet
Mr Q
Virgin Bet
The Pools
Merkur
Platin Casino (couple of new Microgamings on less than max, but otherwise ok for now..)
Recently started playing at Bet365 and so far have only found one slot which is set at less than max rtp. Managed a couple of withdrawals which were paid almost instantly, electronic verification and so far no sign of the dreaded SOW.

SuperSeven.com (MAX RTP ON ALL PROVIDERS)
Coolbet.com (Max RTP on all slots also displayed prior to entering game)
Pipe Casino - Max RTP on PnG, No limit, Pragmatic

So this on Playojo is misleading? They claim PlayOjo is the highest rtp paying online casino in the industry hmmmmm Can you explain Playojo rep???

No, they are just giving an example of a fictitious RTP being "boosted" by their dubious reward scheme.

At 91% RTP, the place is just a shakedown for anyone unfortunate enough to deposit.

I just checked Videoslots are they are all low. Novibet had default RTPs however I experienced loading issues, poor customer support etc.

They’ll soon be a thing of the past; I can count on one hand the number of UK places that offer them now and that number will continue to fall
I am currently going through the list of CM certified casinos. If I was the owner of CM, I don't think I'd feel comfortable recommending low RTP casinos.

How is bet365 not part of this list? They offer literally the highest RTP on every single game

I was just chatting with 'SlotMillion' customer support and the agent advised that PlaynGo games were default RTP. Upon checking myself it was totally the opposite, then the agent suddenly ended the chat haha.

I suggest you take a second look, they have all PnG games and all Pragmatic (including sweet bonanza too)
Perhaps we are in different regions? Check my screenshots

Raises a point though - i thought lowering of RTP's was because of jurisdictions like the ukgc and costs etc, so then why are they being applied to other areas? That was certainly the theme of a few earlier on comments from a few casinos i know of.
I would guess. Lower RTP at first to cover costs in certain areas.

Get away with it and not lose players. So then lower everywhere once you realise mugs will still play regardless so might as well make more from them.

That's the thing what I have thought about myself. If you ask the casino why returns are reduced answer is always same: Because rising costs, taxes etc. I haven't heard of any major cost increases under MGA what is the license under which I play.

So, of course, from my own point of view, the question arises as to why casinos also offer me lower RTP's. However, everything else related to gaming is in accordance with the MGA license. I don't know any casino under MGA who offers spin delays or other restrictive measures for MGA-customers. Sure they don't offer because the license does not require it. I'm not UKGC customer i'm MGA customer. So it's pretty silly that i still need to finance the costs of other licenses because regulations of UKGC example doesn't apply to me.

This is just my opinion but as a player I should only fund MGA costs
McDonalds is global company. But in Estonia there is Estonia Prices and in Finland is Finland prices. Product is pretty same price different. For some reason casinos do not follow the same market formula

Bet365 offer mostly max RTP too.
What means mostly max? I've been closely following the MGA-casino "return circus" for a few years and usually it's always the same pattern. First some provider (PnG seems to be first almost every time) and later all other providers which offer different RTP-levels. Casinos either are full RTP casinos or lower their percentages in every direction. There are very few exceptions under MGA. I know one and it's BML-group. Full RTP casino group but some newer Netents are in 95% mode.

Well, pretty much all of them at max RTP then. I can't find any at lower than 95% based on the games I play regularly and that includes Netent,BTG,Pragmatic,Microgaming and so on. I cant look through every game but they all seem to be at RTPs I am happy with and expect.

Virgin Games has sister sites such as Monopoly Casino,Megaways Casino,Rainbow Riches Casino,Jackpot Joy and Double Bubble Bingo(formerly Heart Bingo) which all feature the same high RTPs.
It's a shame these casinos are only available to UK players. Though I don't understand why so many UK casinos look like an autistic 5 year old designed them!

Bet365 running nolimit on max rtp but minimum bets of 10c are now 20c and 20c are now 40c on all games!

Dont know if its country specific but all this games you took a screenshots they are in casino section while PlaynGo slots are in the game section.
These were taken on the games site - You can see the URL at the bottom. Regardless, it looks as though they have cross-product search (so even if you're on the Casino section but the game is on the Games section, you can find it via search).

[ATTENTION ALL ACTIVE GAMBLERS]
Everyone needs to put their input on the casinos they have played at that offer highest default rtp on "MOST" Providers not just the miniscule list that offer on "ALL"
RULE 1 - POST ONLY ONES YOU HAVE PERSONALLY PLAYED AT IN PAST 60 DAYS
RULE 2- Provide Brief Experience + Licensed Authority ( Cashout Time, Loyalty , Support ETC

I'm still not sure how or why we don't have a comprehensive list of all casinos not just ones that offer default rtp on everything (that list is extremely small) but the ones that offer default rtp on MOST providers. TOGETHER WE CAN CREATE A REAL SELECTION OF RTP CASINOS WE AND NEW GAMBLERS CAN RELY ON!

UNIBET - RTP DEFAULT ON ALL ⭐
COOLBET - RTP DEFAULT ON ALL ⭐
NOVIBET - RTP DEFAULT ON ALL? ⭐
COMEON - RTP DEFAULT EXCEPT PNG (94.5)
TWIN - USED TO BE DEFAULT RTP ON ALL NOW (PNG 89% WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY CHANGED) ?️?
N1 Interactive Casinos - RTP DEFAULT ON SOME BUT NOT MOST ( PNG , NLC, Pragmatic, All lowered on "MOST N1 SITES)⚠️⚠️

YOUR TURN: GO!
My play every day is almost exclusively at 3Dice. Their RTP %'s are listed prominently on their website and updated many times throughout the day.

Just pointing out that you've probably alienated and lost your audience here of people who deal with autistic children. It's a bit uncool. IMO it was an ill-thought-out comment that could have been expressed a bit differently. Just sayin'.

And autistic children can often have very high IQs too. Unlike UK casino designers.

This thread sure died.
Anyone got any new updates here?

Rizk, Coolbet and King Billy are the only ones that come to mind for me.

Edit: Although I haven't played at either in a while, I remember Bitstarz and Winz as having >96% RTP games, too.
That being said, they're both Curaçao casinos and probably don't show the RTP for PnG anymore, which is why I only play those games at MGA casinos.

Bet 365 dont have bonus chance enhancers on Nolimit which is pain, too hard to bunus without them
I'm using Bet365 almost all the time now as I find their max RTPs very fair and it certainly helps my spinning time. Alongside that I'm having a bit of a nice run on there at the moment. Both are linked in my view though.
