Bao Casino Predatory Behaviour to Australian players

I recently signed up with Bao Casino. In the small amount of time I deposited over $7000 in less then 10 days. I requested a gaming limit of $100 per day and $300 per week which was breached by the casino as after waiting 9 days for my cashout and being constantly ignored and not aided they continued to place it back in my account several times and reject my withdrawals without offering further options. My "VIP" manager constantly ignored me. I was simply made to feel as though there was no was to withdraw. They themselves admitted it was a breach for them to continue to place the money back in my account. It went above the limits I set. I felt helpless Then they placed it back in MINUS $140. Then they advised me it would be a 10% withdrawal fee and would take another 7 days. After they continually placed money back in my account I ended up playing it trying to even win the extra back that was deducted or the money extra they wanted to put on top to withdraw. THEN when I'd lost they advised me that they don't withdraw to Commonwealth bank. After 9 days of hounding them. They had also advised me to withdraw to Skrill which is actually not a legal options for Australians. So many things that could've been told to me prior. Then they said oh we'll give you a $500 bonus which I didn't realise the wagering on and then cancelled. This is predatory behaviour. They had seen the activity on my account and knew I rarely requested withdrawals. They acknowledged they should not have placed that money back in my account as it was a breach of my limits they told me that! The ignorant VIP manager then said he would speak to the casino owner and come back to me. Noone came back to me instead I was continually ignored and instead sent promotional offers instead. They looked at my activity and saw that I would go on binges depositing $50 at a time every 10 minutes for hours on end. I don't have a gambling addiction however I do get carried away which is why I set limits. I feel as though these "grey area" casinos that market to Australian casinos already figure they are outside the law so pray on people according to their habits. Fairgo was another one who I set limits with yet they ignored them completely and kept removing them. This just doesn't seem right. They only acknowledge you when you spend. Then when they realise you won't anymore they move along.

Also the other Direx NV casino I signed up with Kingbilly duplicated transactions to my debit card leaving me almost $1000 overdrawn. They were not authorised transactions and as such I had to cancel my cards in fear of further debits. Obviously the fact these casinos were operating outside of the law in the first place should've been a red flag. The service promised was not the service provided especially when you're left with no withdrawal options! I haven't gambled online for a few years but when I did with accredited casinos I never had this type of issue.

I'm guessing there's no rep for King Billy either. No responsive one. Actually although the casinos have admitted they did things in error and were in the wrong the only one seeming to speak to me properly is FairGo although the issues are separate. It just seems like everyone figures they can do whatever with Australian players now anyway I don't know

@Borgie I'm sorry that I'm frustrated after spending over 20 hours in the past 4 days dealing with this luckily at present I am off work and have time but still don't have the energy for this it's so draining I have casinos calling and saying one thing then another it has been constant hard work just for people to take the money

I don't think its a lot to ask considering all money involved that I actually get a phone call and/or some consistent answers like Bao alone for $7000 that I gave them they can't pay someone to even speak to me?

Wow 7,000 is a lot of money to deposit in such a short time :eek2:

They probably have to investigate and that takes a lot of time unfortunately but I am sure they will work it out for you, good luck :)
