There is another thread about this and some of us have already commented on it.

What I do like to ask is whether you had deposited during the weekend. If so, you have a right to ask them what's up and the coupon code. If not, just shrug your shoulders and accept that this does happen sometimes.

Just to point out something here....

Nobody was "screwed". If there was a raffle and you DID actually win a prize but it was subsequently denied, then i agree you would have been "screwed" by the casino. However, you did NOT actually win a prize. It was an email error. The casino has apologised and credited loyal players who deposited that weekend with a bonus (AFAIK), so I'm not sure where exactly you got "screwed".

If you deposited that weekend, then ask them for a bonus. If not, then you weren't eligible anyway and you know it.

Sure it is a bit disappointing, but it certainly doesn't warrant going off the deep end.
