It was nothing special Bisbis. It was a mail sent out to probably every emailadress they have.
Unfortunately an error and no mail will have a code in it.
I expected that since I havn't made a deposit since May, but it would have been nice anyway:rolleyes:

I had this also

I had this sent to me also. I contaced the chat, that said it was sent in error.
They aplologized that I had not won anything and ended the chat session.

I got that email too and already sent a mail to support. If they say the email was sent out in error I am not accepting it as I did play during the weekend.

I received it as well, I guess it's one of those email glitches that happen occasionally. I hope you really are a winner chuchu!

Got it too.

At such moments I feel so very sorry for those poor people working at their CS department.
Just imagine, you walk in the office, mondaymorning, slight hangover from the weekend, and then your boss tells you that they send this errormail to ALL registred players promising a free ND bonus.:eek:

Then you know your going to have a really, REALLY bad day...:rolleyes:

Got it also, but I get an email every day from slotastic apparantly Iam a valued customer,I have played there twice this year.
I would never take a free cash bonus ever again, hours upon hours of playthrough for a max $50 withdrawal, no thanks!

I got one also. I don't really accept that this was an error. Instead I think it's a deceptive technique to get players to log into the casino and maybe end up depositing since they were all set to play.

That is JMO.

you think they give you $50 with no restrictions attached if you only ever do striaght deposit's with them in the past.

I did Deposit over the weekend
And I knew that everyplay went towards the (False) raffle they were promoting . !!

that was one of the reasons I deposit and played in slotastic instead of my usual favorite 3 Dice :)

Chat told the player there were no winners and no raffle - yet you say there WAS a raffle, just that everybody got the email, not just the winners.

The general promotion terms apply to any prizes, so the "outrageous" WR would apply to a raffle prize just as much as it applies to the $50 free chip offered for the inconvenience.

Now thee general terms raise another question,

I too deposited this weekend and am very pissed about the email error makes me now leary about any promotion offers.

In saying all that if it was big mistake

and the email was sent out to everyone offering;) free bonuses which werent going to come through, then they should of sent a bulk email out right after 'explaining the email was in error and a mistake on their part' It would of saved them alot of hassle and from getting no doubt numerous complaints from their clients. In my opinion anyway.

They apologised and told me the email was sent out in error. However since I was deemed to be a loyal player they placed $40 in my account.

Slotastic should check which players had played during the weekend and award all of them free chips as a goodwill gesture and atone for their mistake. This will then largely erase the memories of the mistake and players will continue to deposit. Frankly, with a 60x playthrough how many will make it to the max cashout?
