Anyone else experiencing slow cashout from Inetbet.eu?

It's been a week now.
My withdrawal is still reversible even though I got a mail that Account Payout Authorized.
I also got a mail from support (asked them when can I expect the withdrawal to be processed) blaming their "payment processing system" and no specific date for the withdrawal to be paid.

It is funny how these processors brake down when a withdrawal needs to be paid, but they work like a charm during deposits:rolleyes:.

Over a week for an accredited casino promoting "same day payouts" i think it's time for CM to get involved! Just my opinion
 
Just have been paid with Bonus deduction. After 7 days finally and still not only one word from them. Am going to Close both InetBet accounts now.

I understand that we have been very late with these Skrill payments and I do apologise sincerely. We have been having a nightmare loading the Skrill account however the funds cleared last night and so everyone is paid up now.

Once again we do understand the frustrations caused by all this and so it should not be an issue in future.

Does sound as a random excuse. I used neteller, not skrill. So many people complained at once and I bet even more didnt complain. Next time you should say that Inetbet is having problems and everyone is going to be paid soon + approximate timeframe. I personally feel humiliated when ignored by support for several days.
 
Same thing happened to me last month. They use to be my favourite RTG casino but have gone downhill in a big way.
I won't be depositing there again.

Mine was with Neteller too. I only had to wait 5 days though but still.:rolleyes:

It is beyond belief that they left players in the dark that long. :mad:

Their style of customer support makes me sick and they have lost my business as a result.

Just because they had issues, does not make it right to ignore everyone until they are ready to pay . :puke:
 
I think this has propably been discussed here before, but as i recall neteller bought skrill sometimes during this year. They are being run separately though.
 
I never had any sort of payment issues with them before. Well, once instead of receiving it the next day as was norm as far as I was aware of did it take 3 days. I hounded support and finally after three days it was processed.
I am just dissapointed that since I joined when they first opened up instead of progressing in answering support requests and emails faster they seem to get worse and worse.
Everyone who signs up with them is aware that they have no live support and probably know from the original Inetbet that patience is needed when one submits an email to them... but waiting days for a reply and no weekend support at all it seems is just really hard to take in sometimes.
By now I figured out that until 4pm cet they have no support available whatsoever. Since replies - if the same day - always come in after 4pm. So definitely no 24/7 support here. In the past, the niceness of them has semi made up for the lack of a rapid reply. Recently some Emails remain entirely unanswered. Guess they are just used to it that players put up with it.
But they do payout always - unless you messed up with their T and C´s. So when it comes to that I do trust them.
Its always the same old issues... lack of live support... taking a long time to answer emails - if at all.
 
made a deposit on 1st september then a withdrawal later. had to re=send id again.
payment now authorized but still pending!!
my previous withdrawal a couple weeks earlier was only 2 days . again sending id.

about two weeks ago the regular inetbet needed three extra days to process all my winnings to ecopayz. EU site does not have anyone around on the weekend - or so it appears - so probably no one there to processess payouts. But they do pay - always in my experience - but not all the time in the advertised 24 hour timeframe.
 
They can't say they don't receive my emails, as they replied to the original email i sent them that was sent from the same email address and same PC.

I came across something the other day and I immediately thought it might be a decent tool for those that play at Inetbet, as I understand it, it's a tool that lets you know when emails that have been sent have been opened by the recipient.

Haven't tested it myself, but a friend said it works fine for him, says it's a brilliant tool. Also tells me it works for all email services - not just Gmail.

Can anyone recommend an RTG casino for a UK player that lets you have bonuses? Been emailing Inetbet EU recently to see if they accept UK players as the old Inetbet doesn't let me deposit anymore. Took another email today to get the answer to my original question, was answered in 1 hour 46 min's.

The tool actually works. So did a little test. Wrote them once with a request to educate me on current promotions. Showed that the Email was opened and got a reply Email.
Wrote them again with a request for a free chip ( I am an active depositor). Showed that Email was opened! but never received a reply. Not even to say sorry, at this time you do not qualify for a free chip.

This seems like selective answering of Emails to me. I find this dissapointing. I can understand that they are receiving a high number of bonus requests or maybe "unpleasant" requests. But Emails by players should be answered no matter what.

Dissapointed big time.

On Sept 11 i requested a payout. I had not used paymycard option before so they sent me a verification form. I get an email from Lynn saying I am good to go for this option. No problem. Unfortunately I spent the small withdrawals request before they got back to me. Monday i send another request for another small paymycard withdraw. I get an email this morning, same person, Lynn, that I need the same paperwork i sent and got an ok on from September 11. Seriously its all Stall tactics. I sent Lynn the email that stated i was all approved and a copy of her email. Lets see what happens.
 
Inetbet used to pay like clock work but this is not the case these days it seems. But dont think it is ever an issue not getting paid. In the past when I Played they always did pay no problems. I just think its the ongoing saga of Inets miserable support / no live chat as has been discussed here 1001 times. Never ever did get to understand this business model where they do not want or feel direct support with the client base is needed. They should be bending over backwards to encourage engagement from its customer base. But alas they see it differently. I know US facing processors have issues many times out of there control but this should not extend to EU versions of a site e.g InetbetEu.

I had an account re-opened with Inet a short while back but after 2 or 3 small deposits decided to close it again. Have not played the EU version for coming up for a year and wont be again I dont think. RTG software just in truth sucks.

Last withdrawals I had took over the advertised 24 hours and (I had total of 4 withdrawals pending all submitted within seconds of each other) they paid only the 1st withdrawal the next day... and the others not until the following days.
When I emailed them why not all withdrawals have been processed at once or at the same day (considering I requested them right after each other; I could only request 1000 at a time because with Eco thats the max per request so ended up having 4x1000 withdrawals) since I requested them basically within minutes of each other did I get no reply. So I resend the Email and reply was rude, saying I need to show some patience (I emailed them after the advertised 24 hour period has passed). Was a bit of a letdown to get such a rude reply....

But in the end they paid. Guess that is all that matters.

And players (and no matter how often I swear to myself I will stop playing there) deal with their email only support system.... thus, until players ( a lot of them) (including me) are so annoyed that they stop playing have they no reason to change their system....

Inet support is many times curt (rude) depending on what your asking. Ask for an account to be re-open they are all smiles.
Ask about deposit methods all smiles anything else they can be arrogant. Which is fine its there business. But fine also in that I choose to deposit elsewhere. I dont need that kind of crap and with it being a players for EU based players why settle for less ?


No doubt you get paid by these guys but they are no where as near consistent as they were say 5 years ago.

I have looked into your above post and I think what you are saying is a little unfair, last week you sent in an unsolicited copy of a new card that you were using, with no other paperwork attached, when accounts saw your Card withdrawal request they assumed it was to this new card and requested the required form, you replied within a couple of hours that there was a mistake as the card you were requesting to was already verified.

We then replied back to you within 2 minutes apologising for the mix up and your withdrawal was processed immediately.

So your withdrawal was requested on the 28th and processed and paid on the 29th.

There are no stalling tactics simply a process that we have to adhere to.

So I got the money this morning with pay my card option. 3 day turn around not bad it could be worse. I did try to withdraw again today but inetbet only allows 1 paymycard transaction per week at 500 max at a time.

Yeah support aside inet always do pay. That is never a worry with them. So no surprise at all on that one.

Personally never had an issue getting payments made ... just the other aspects which can put some off.
