Anyone else experiencing slow cashout from Inetbet.eu?

I received a VIP chip and was able to make wagering and withdrew a small amount Thursday morning their time and i am still waiting to be paid.

I wrote them 28 hours after the withdrawal as i wanted to know why i hadn't been paid because they list as same day payout on their website and also here on casinomeister it says within 24 hours.

Got a reply within an hour saying they had around 100 winners from the VIP chips that were sent out and they were doing the best they could to get to my withdrawal. Then they said it would make things a bit easier if i resent my documents.

I thought fair enough and I even promptly sent them the documents they wanted even though i have been a verified member for some time now.

So now with a full day Thursday, Friday and Saturday gone already and still no payment I wrote back and it's been 12 hours with no reply.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing substantial delays with payouts or am i just lucky? :rolleyes:

How would that make anything faster/easier? Seems to me that it'd just bog down the process with more paperwork to shuffle through. And if you were already verified, why would they want your documents again? Sounds like the US government.

I know. At the risk of sounding like a South Park character I smelt shenanigans but was willing to give benefit of doubt and willing to comply with their request.

It's now been almost 74 hours since i placed the withdrawal and still no response from the last email i sent them yesterday either.

Didn't they just come out and say that they did process weekend withdrawals for EU customers, or am I thinking of another casino?
 
They never been known for fast payments. :rolleyes:

To my knowledge, although i haven't played there in the last 2 years, they do not process withdrawals on weekends. Hence, you should get paid tomorrow.

I am also waiting for a withdrawal from that promo since Thursday, though not from the free chip, but the 75% bonus offer. I hope I will get paid soon as it is a bigger sum (1700 EUR).
I was also contacted for verification even though I was paid similar sum (1000 EUR) a couple of months ago.

I will contact Inetbet's Casinomeister rep if no news on Monday.

I shot support another email a few hours ago and no reply again today either.

I have really had enough of the lack of support from these guys and what feels like them picking and choosing emails to respond to.

I was tempted never to play there again after the last time i contacted them back in January (https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/inetbet-eu-email-support.65435/) where it seemed i only got a response once i posted on here, over 48 hours after trying to get a reply from support.

Live and learn i guess. Consider me taught now. :oops:

I hope we both get paid soon. lol there needs to be a little smiley icon with fingers crossed for this forum, it would really get a workout. :)
 
Same here, I won on that VIP Chip, at thursday and got the paperwork runaround. They did not accept the Utility bill I sent them without explaining the reason. Now silence and no payment yet. Yesterday I found my cashout "rejected" instead of "pending".
 
I hate this casino. Talk about backwards. Someone needs to inform them that it isn't 1997 anymore and they're a kick in the arse off 20 years behind most of the competition in any way you look at what they have to offer and how they do it.

Take your money elsewhere and don't go back. That'll male them buck their ideas up or go bust. Either way is a winner.
 
I remember that i did get paid always within 24 hours at inetbet.com (different than eu?), but i think once or twice i wrote them an e-mail that they "promise same day cashouts" on their website shortly before the day was done ;-)

Played there 2 weeks and made like 4 small deposits.
Cashed a small amount,took like 5 days to complete to my e-wallet. :what:
Also came to the conclusion RTG is not my software,what an utterly boring slots.
Closed my account.
 
This is all very unbecoming behavior for such a highly praised accredited casino imo.

No reply to the email i sent to them yesterday either.

They can't say they don't receive my emails, as they replied to the original email i sent them that was sent from the same email address and same PC.

In every email i have been nothing but polite except maybe a little disappointed. Even if some emails are a bother to them they should still have the courtesy of replying seeing isn't that their job in the first place? :confused:

Ignoring the problem only makes you look shady and frustrates the hell out of players left in the dark.:mad:
 
My withdrawal was just now paid to my ewallet.... 5 days later.

They now have one less player to give piss poor customer support to as i wont be back. ;)

I had to laugh at this though on the bottom of the Payout Processed email...

Same problem here. Made my first withdrawal on Friday evening. I sent several emails, including verification documents, which got ignored. When I requested a callback on Monday, they finally replied promising to process my withdrawal soon as possible. Still no update.
 
absolutely unacceptable, especially because they're still advertising same day payouts, i think stuff like this should immediately be adressed or the accreditation must be i. risk!

If you don't get a reply from the Rep i would contact Bryan (The Casinomeister) to see if he can do something. I mean promising "same day payouts" and not paying in a couple of days is one bad thing, but not answering player issues (especially as you're not the only one having this problem) is unacceptable.

I do have to say i always got paid quite fast (after pushing a bit), but seems that there are major issues with iNetbet at the time.
 
On the Inetbet EU review here is states

"Fast payouts (processed within 24 hours)"

so if these are not isolated incidents the above needs to be amended. I have not played at Inet for almost a year
the few withdraws I did have were never processed in 24 hours like they used to be. Took between 3 and 4 days back
to Skrill. All emails bar 1 where I asked about a deposit were ignored. In fact I never in the ended expected a response
apart from the usual "check your spam folder etc etc" account closed never to return. Im on a vacation from gambling
at the moment but these wont be on my list when I return. Crap support from Inet is nothing new. But they used to
solid 24 hours or under payers. Seems not now so this needs to be looked at again.
 
Updates anyone? For me its still pending, no reply from support, no reply from Tom.

I can see at the bottom of my page that all three casino reps visited this thread yesterday and one again this morning.

We wont bite, some of us would just like answers whether it be publicly or in private :confused:
 
Got paid just now. Still very dissapointed and frustrated.
I suppose this thread should not be closed, I bet new posts incoming.
 
I am yet to be paid. I guess it is due to the larger amount and that my request was submitted Thursday night.
It is a bit disappointing especially if I compare with other accredited RTG casino Club World.
I requested a withdrawal there yesterday night for a similar amount (it was even a bit more, 2500 USD) and I have already received it to my Skrill account.
