any news on the indio casino ?

Dormant account
indio casino - and the moral there !!!

the indio casino have owed my money for 7 months now - i am pissed about this, offcause.

today i got in contakt with them on-line.

they explained to me that the reason why they dont pay me and other players is that the are building up new software - and have done so for the last 4 months - so nobody have seen a cent from their withdrawl at the indio casino in now 4 months - and how long it will be before they are finish - nobody knows

i find this extremely bad buisness morals that you stop pay players - and let them wait for 4 month or longer ( in my case) -

and the question still remain - will we players ever get paid from this - "sorry we are to bussy to pay you players " casino.

sincerely

So I guess the guy who usually handles the pay outs is now writing code for the casino?

LOL! Another feeble excuse for not paying their obligations.

This outfit has been on the Caution list for months, and I think was a Futurebet licensee. I think Bryan is already on their cases through the software provider.

Indio Casino was shut down by Futurebet this past week. I should find out by early next week how payments will be dealt with. Hang tight. :D

hi

since the indio casino owe me money , and have done so for over7 months , i am doing what i can to recive what is mine . so far with no luck.

i write them e-mails on a dayly basis - never get no answer
i contackt their on-line service. sometimes i get trugh - but is always tell me to write e-mails to the account man. - he never answer back !!

now how ever it is impossible to log-in at indio casino, impossilbe to get trugh on-line. - the page have vanished from the web.

my question is : is it possible for a casino to vanish completly form the web. - leaveing all their players without a trace off who they ever was? or where to find them ?

such people are probably gonna open a new casino on web - and repeat history.

sincerely

kennse

also thanks to bryan for careing

Futurebet shut them (Indio Casino) down last week. I'm still awaiting word from Futurebet's CEO on what their plans are for taking care of the screwed over players. There are a number of them to include you.

Hang tight. I expect to hear something from them very soon.

Indio casino are still in business

Indio casino are still online...I just visited the site

what exactly is going on with this casino?

I've been riding Futurebet pretty hard on this one, because there are a lot of complaints on Indio. This came in from Futurebet's CEO on Wednesday:

Bryan

Indio website is live but the games and cashier section are not live, so
players are able to deposit or play. Please have any of
Indio's players contact help@playersupport.com and we will make arrangements
for payout.

Thanks once again...

If you email their player support, please copy me on. I will be forwarding the complaints submitted via "pitch a bitch" as well.

I emailed help@playersupport and received a mail saying please email webmaster@indiocasino.com....still no reply as yet

Thanks for the update.

First thing Monday morning, Futurebet and I are going to start playing hardball. Enough is enough.

This just in:

Hi Bryan,
Just to let you know we have made a deal with Indio; all pending withdrawals will be paid out by Indio by May 15th or sooner.

Sincerely,

indio reply

Hi
I have just received an email reply saying that all pending withdrawals will be paid by 15th May latest.

Just received this from Lushen Pillay at Indio:-

Dear Steve

As of April 6th 2004, Indio Casino will no longer be operating software
by Futurebet Systems/Worldwide Support. All your questions and queries
can be directed to me, lushen@indiogaming.com and any cashier related
queries should be directed to Jeff Hurley, e-mail : jeff@futurebet.com

Should you experience and difficulties in resolving your query with
Jeff, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best Personal Regards,
Lushen Pillay

Hmm - looks like it's back in Futurebet's hands. I'll email Jeff to see what he's got to say.

We have emailed the following to Lushen Pillay (we are pretty sure we know where these guys are physically located btw)

Good day. We believe that Indio Casino left the Futurebet software stable on April 6 2004 and that you are advising all owed players to contact Futurebet instead of yourselves. We have been following the Indio Casino-Futurebet story for some time and would like to ask you, please:

1) Is Indio Casino to remain in operation and if so what gambling software will you be using in the future?

2) Are you prepared to comment on why you have dropped Futurebet as a software provider?

3) Referring owed players to Futurebet for satisfaction would seem to indicate that you have made an arrangement for them to be looked after by Futurebet / Jeff Hurley. Can you say whether such an arrangement is in force, whether there are any deadlines attached and what players are covered by the arrangement?

We would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.

Regards

Just received this from Jeff Hurley at Futurebet:

Steve,

I apologize for your experience with Indio Gaming. Unfortunately, Indio Gaming will not be operating Futurebet software any longer. Any of Indio's pending withdrawals will now be taken over by www.sportbookusa.com. Please go to www.sportsbookusa.com and create an account, once this is done, email me your username and I will transfer your account balance to your new account. However, in order to make a withdrawal you must wager your balance 10x. Example, if your balance was $100 you must wager $1000. This can be wagered in the sportsbook or any casino game. I understand this is frustrating for you and would like to give you an additional 10% bonus on your balance transferred. If you have any problems please contact me immediately.

Thanks,
Jeff

Considering they owe me $989 this isn't particularly appealing - anyone else had anything different?

You have to be sh*^ing me!!! Dear sir, we owe you money, we however need you to wager that money we owe you so we can find another reason not to pay you. Thank you for understanding, of course if we can find another way to screw you we will let you know. :)

M249A just about sums this up in his post above, and it is scandalous imo. This player has been jerked arouind for 7 months or more by these lowlifes at Indio, Playersupport and Futurebet (who btw not long ago told everyone they had made arrangements for payment by Indio.

The new place they want players to sign iup at is, if memory serves me right a general site where many, many originally Futurebet casinos now re-route and is presumably their dumping ground for dead casinos.

This is truly disgusting and immoral behaviour and it needs to be broadcast far and wide to protect other players.

And btw Lushen Pillay at Indio hasn't bothered to respond yet either...and as there have been no bouncebacks, those guys are probably deliberately ignoring us too.

Unreal! Be sure you decline the 'generous' 10% bonus offer. It would probably lock you into even more wagering requirements before you'd get your money!

Looks like I'm going to have to go for it - I usually play big stakes ($40 a hand BJ base) but I'm tempted to just play minimum states until I've met the wagering (anyone got a robot that can play Futurebet software? :D ). At least with the 10% bonus the advantage is still slightly in my favour.

The one thing I'm really worried about is that they will be able to rig my account, if so what a complete waste of time all the chasing etc has been.

This really is nonsense - Futurebet are trying to cut their losses by players abandoning their claims due to the hassle and delay factor, and then trying to nail the tenacious players by introducing this BS x10 WT on money they are owed. It is positively immoral imo.

I spoke to a guy at Indio Casino this morning and he says that the ball is squarely in Futurebet's court. Indio and FB had a project to introduce download games to Indio, and Indio gave them a substantial sum of money to effect this in May last year. The project turned out to be something of a nightmare and the Indio guys decided it would be a better option to take their money and go to a real download provider. They have done this and are to relaunch next month - he would not tell me what software, but it is not IGS!

There was eventually an agreement between Indio and Jeff Hurley of Futurebet that the latter and Player Support would look after Indio owed players instead of paying back the money. That was some time ago, and yet this farce has dragged on.

Now we have FB trying to get players to register at another of their sites and still be expected to undergo a x10 WT just to get the money they were owed in the first place.

Even by online gambling standards this beggars the imagination.

I agree - it's a complete and utter joke.

I didn't really want to go for it but after emailing Bryan he said it was probably the best I was going to get :(

I've opened the sportsbook account now so I'll let you know how I get on - would be great to make some extra after the wagering, but I doubt it's going to happen somehow.

Well these thieving b*stards have got what they wanted - everything gone in $3.5K of wagering.

I got a total of zero blackjack's to dealers six (including 3 in a row!!!!). A ten game or so losing streak didn't help things as well.

That's the last time I ever go anywhere near Futurebet software and I'll advise anywhere I can find not to play there.

This is the first time I've properly been scammed by an online casino - it's not nice I can tell you.
