Hi. I downloaded from the link provided, and when I went to register i received the message "system error/ illegal operation" from the casino software. I called support and they told me to re-boot and retry and if that didn't work to uninstall and download again.. I did re-boot, and still received the same error message so I uninstalled everything. Any advice?

Regarding the 108 errors that you have received. The Prima software is set to give a 108 error for one of the following reasons.

You have a Prima account already registered with another Prima room. Then used different detail when you registered with us. The Prima software picked it up and then gave you a 108 error.

You cleaned your computer or uninstalled the software (Any Prima) and then tried to register an account with different details.

PLEASE NOTE: The first rule when it comes to having accounts at different Prima Rooms is to use the same Email Address and Player Alias.

To fix this problem all you need to do is use the same details for your poker accounts at all Prima Rooms.

Thanks .. correction- I thought I had to register a new account with 333, but it would not let me- I see that I use the same account number and password as elsewhere. I am awaiting the "activation code" so that I can open the 333 poker.

When I fist downloaded the software a couple of weeks ago I registered my details, activated my account (Already have a Bet365 poker account). It picked up my poker name automatically and logged me in to the site.

I tried to log in yesterday using my normal details and the activation wizard popped up again, entered my details and kept getting the error 108. Spent ages but it wasnt having any of it!! No offence but I think as I have a Bet365 account they are contradicting each other on my PC so I uninstalled the new software.

Many thanks to Chatmaster that was kind and efficient in solving a problem of mine concerning a Prima Poker bug. So I'll be able to join you this sunday!

Only 11 sigh .... I have sent the list earlier the tourney is registered and will take place Sunday at 15:00 EST. We need more people involved so we can build up to the $500 Freeroll and make that a great tourney I am hoping to make the 2 x $50 Freeroll a monthly institution so with time we should have a nice group of friends playing together.

Finally!

After some telephone back and forth with Piggs Peak Poker, I was able, with the help of support, to register a new account. I would encourage anyone who tried on their own to open an account and couldn't, to go through support, otherwise, like someone else said, there does seem to be a conflict if you already have a Prima account, to register a new one. Hope to see some more at the tourney!

I tried to join but couldnt register probably due to my previous opening of a prima poker account which I cannot recall. Actually,the support team was helpful but I couldnt make it for the tourney as I am busy during that time. Count me in,I will join next time.

I went to PPP and the registration is now open for this tourney.. only 1 person so far has registered and it starts in 80 minutes. Seems my registration didn't work because it won't allow me to join. Guess I will call support, but if more people don't go and register, there won't be a game!

Great shame so few turned up. Even JPM who started this whole thing off didn't put in an appearance!
I was totally surprised & delighted in equal measure to finish 2nd (I very rarely play hold'em), but those four 6's certainly helped my cause!
For a moment I thought Chatmaster might let me win, but it turned out his competitive spirit outweighed his embarrassment at winning his own tourney!

I hope the upgrade is good also. I've already admitted I'm actually in love with TruePoker
Anything else seems pretty poor by comparison. Just little boxes for people, clicks & beeps for action don't come close to moving players actually saying "Check, Bet, Raaaaaise, Re-raise!, Arrrrg - fold! & Rivered me!!!".
And if you take too long, the dealer turns to you with a dirty look & says "It's YOUR turn!"
The only downside is there's not enough Hi/Lo action there for me - so Piggs could yet become my 2nd poker home!

Tried it for fun money. Excellent. If only PPP could replicate this and we had a tourney every month. Wow!

Looks like I am building a reputation as a non trust worthy subject. I really don't know what to say. I can however asure you that this was not my fault. At the moment if we wish to register a Private tourney we have to request it from Prima. It has happened a few times now that there was something wrong with regards to these tourneys. Prima are working on an interface whereby we as Poker room operators will be able to create and change our own private tourneys. It sounds like we will get this in Feb next year (I can't wait). Please untill then be patient with me. I will honor my commitment to this forum, no matter how nasty you guys are getting with me

At this stage we will have our next tourney on the 12th of December. $100 again to make up for this Sunday's problems. Then the $500 tourney you must help me decide. We can have it on the 19th or early in January next year. What do you think?

Also remeber that Prima has one of the biggest Freerolls on the 2nd of December at 6 pm GMT! This one is for $10K and is open to anyone!

I know that most is probable pretty P'd off with me, that is understandable. I have made sure that this time the tournament will be open for registration from the Thursday, that means that I will register the tournament Tuesday already. If Prima screws it up again I can sort it out before the weekend.

I also don't give up easily and I hope the rest of you are willing to do the same?

Are you guys going to play in the $10k tourney tomorrow? If yes I'll see you there! What do you think of the new Prima software skin, I would like to know if anybody has won a few bucks on the Omaha Hi lo as well!
