I just wanted to let everyone know that Always Vegas casino will not pay you if you win.I signed up there and claimed the 200 percent bonus.I finished the 30x playthrough playing just slots and requested a withdrawl.The next day i went to log in and it said account locked contact support.A week later i get an email from them saying my withdrawl was denied and i can withdrawl my original deposit.I have played on rival casinos for a couple years now and have never had something like this happen.
 
It said we would like to inform you that your withdrawl has been denied and your initial deposit has been credited to your account.They wont give me a reason why.In my couple years of playing at rival casinos i have never had one do this.
 
I think the reason why they denied my withdrawl is because i cashed out shortly after i completed the playthrough.This is definetly a rogue casino.

I can't beleive they can do that!!! Have you tried calling them to get a specific reason...thanks for the heads up. Will stay away from them...

Can you please tell us which games exactly you played between your deposit & your withdrawal?
e.g. Card games, Craps, Slots, Roulette, Video Poker, etc...

I finished the 30x playthrough playing just slots and requested a withdrawl.
 
The only 3 games that i played were heavyweight gold,spygame and best of luck slots.no other types of games just those 3 slots
 
Minor update;
I got a reply, but was not happy about it, so I have asked for further information.
There is now only 1 rep as the other one is no longer with the casino.
If I can't get a satisfactory answer for you, you may need to PAB with CM, in which case I would be happy to send him the e-mail I just got from the casino.

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I think this could be useful information. I'm a long time lurker here,but this is my first post... so hello all :D

I play at a lot of casino's, mostly Rival and MG, never had any problems. Until today that is :( I've had a similair experience with this casino today:

Took the 200% match bonus today (deposit 250, bonus 500), made playthrough, played a little more afterwards (all play ONLY on slots and I-slots). Ended up making a withdrawal request of € 2000 (max withdrawal per 24 hour period). Played some more with about € 1000 I had left in my account and got my balance up to a little more than € 2.500. So the casino owes me about € 4.500 in total.

I send them an email with my documents (before they asked for it) and I asked a couple of questions, but haven't received an answer yet. This afternoon I tried to log in and my account was also locked.... I got this e-mail:

My advice would be to avoid this casino, at least for now. I'll keep trying to contact the casino to find out what is going on, I'll be happy to keep you guys posted if that would be appreciated.

for me this casino should be also on the "don't deposit there" list, because i' got bonus banned, before i could ever make any deposit and this never happens to me before, because on all another rival casinos i got at least the welcome bonus, but here is only "no promotions available" and the chat support really sucks and is incompetent, like we all know!
 
i got now this stupid mail:

Why is it such a big secret about why a player is bonus banned?
 
I think that anyone that has deposited at AlwaysVegas but did not cashout should get a full refund of there deposit.
 
I just wanted to update the situation.AlwaysVegas only refunded back my deposit to my ewallet.They would never give me an explanation why they locked my account and voided my winnings.I just hope that enough people will read this so it doesn't happen to anybody else.

I'm still trying to get a definitive reply from my contact - I can't say how long it may take.
All I can say is that you and gamblex appear to be on the Rival global list of bonus-banned players and so should probably not been offered the SUB at AV in the first place.
Can I ask; how much in winnings are we talking about here?

I still recieve bonuses at some of the rival casinos.When i downloaded and signed up for AlwaysVegas there were bonuses in my promotion window.If the casino made a mistake and didn't want us to recieve bonuses they should at least pay us our winnings.Then bonus ban us if thay want to.I think that would be only right.I am sure if we deposited claimed a bonus and lost they would not refund our money if we were supposed to be not bonus eligable.

That is EXACTLY the argument I have been putting to the rep.
Currently he says he is waiting for a final answer from Rival - and they are notoriously slow at replying to issues like these. :(
We'll just have to be patient a little longer, but I still think a PAB could be a possibility here...

I was bonus banned instantly everywhere since Sep'09. But a litte later when new Rivals (Dendera,Tropica and so on) arrived,I was then offered a huge bunch of bonuses every day.At Dendera I cashed out decent amounts without being asked for any docs and bonuses still were offered.But after some time they stopped. Latest deposit with bonus and cashout-from SupremePlay.So I'm not totally banned.

Bonus ineligible? NP,but even after I flushed WD I still had bonus offers at AV cashier.

Well I hate to create unnecessary tension and I probably could understand that they might have some difficulties.Im still trying to find ways to contact them.
