McLuck Casino Issues

Hello everyone I'll make this quick, and is thorough and efficient as I can to get my problem across the board and hopefully to get an answer and you need to hear either it be in my favor or theirs at least I'll know. I made an account at mcluck a couple years ago and a few months later I was on a road trip with my girlfriend and for some reason or another we made it an account I held to make it with my phone I'm thinking it was the same phone I created my account with well anyways the first time I've ever won anything on my glock was yesterday and it was for $1,800 all together. It asked for my verification when I went to redeem and processed it and then my account just locked I got them pretty vague message that says that my account was temporarily blocked because I have multiple accounts to please log into my original account I have never ever created two accounts with my information my email address or my name or anything is that multiple accounts that even though my girlfriend made her own account I've never logged into her account either I don't even know if she's really even played on that account I know it's probably been dormant for some time now that I think about it I'm sure she told me that her account was going to get deleted because it was dormant. Anyways I haven't heard anything back I know it's Christmas and everything but just wondering is anybody deal with this students or any advice any suggestions any information would be appreciated thank you

I think the best approach would be to explain to the support team why you have duplicate accounts. I do not know if they offer bonuses, but if you have already claimed a bonus on a previous account, this may work against you. The multiple account restriction is a common practice across all online casinos.

Having said that, I am not sure I know much about McLUck - I see they may be a US-based sweepstakes-style casino. Give it a few days. From what I read online, their support is not the fastest.
