Any other members of Fairgo that have noticed changes in how the casino operates and interacts with players. Have been VIP for years and became accustomed with staff and casino operations. Then was demoted last year apparently for winning to much and too often. That aside, as it really wasn't a big deal, I got re-promoted to VIP recently, however, the purks are vastly different to what I remember. In fact the promotion went backwards, with withdrawl limit reduced to $7000 from $7500.per weeK. Playthrough is 30x and bet limit capped at $10.
Normally it's removed for VIP. And for good reason, nothing worse than winning weekly fair draw of $500 and having to playthrough $3. I don't bother claiming them anymore.
And the bloody coupons now days. Mostly loaded with annoying free spins. I despise free spins, total waste of time.
The conversations between staff and players has changed. Less inviting and personal. I've asked but received no answer. That question would have been answered in past.
