All star slots? Withdrawal Struggles

Aren't they tied in with club world. Got an email from Lauren that I haven't played at club world for a while and maybe I would like to try all star slots. Free 50.00. Made wagering and cashed out.

Go check my account and the money is back in my account. They said they didn't receive the documents. So I resend and they say my account is good to go. Withdraw again only to be told I need to make a verification deposit.

I have made lots of deposits into my club account both by QT and credit card. If they are linked why would I need to make another deposit. Has anyone else run into this?

Yes, it happened to me at Manhattan, a CW casino. I had made many many deposits at Club and their casinos. I had to make ver. dep, then they sent my withdrawal the next day. Its not unusual. Good Luck.
 
I wouldnt worry about it. I also met WRs with the free $20 at MS. Made a verification deposit and money was in my account within 48 hours.

Must be. I deposit like crazy anyways. I just hate that I have to go load my card and deposit through QT. You would think if they were all linked together and I have deposited at club and I also sent in all my documents, that that would be good enough. I guess I can't bitch too much at least I won something which has been a very rare thing lately.

Clubworld Group stated if you belonged to one, that all you need to do is contact the rep here and he will put in the file so you do not need additional documentation, they will use the one file but you have to tell them which casino you gave these docs to. Unless they changed these rules?

I only had to do it once and the rep here took care of the rest.

I am starting to get a little annoyed now. I faxed in all my information and my account was upgraded. Then they say I need to make a deposit. I do that today and then withdraw. Thinking now I am good to go I think it will be paid this morning. I then get an email that I need to call them to verify some details so that they can pay me. So I call the number and they ask for my name, address, birthdate, and amount and method of my last deposit. I do all that and ask if it will now be processed today and she tells me maybe today maybe tomorrow.

I know they are good for the money and have no reason to stall but it sure feels as though that is what they are doing. I also spoke with a supervisor yesterday and gave her all the same info but there was no record of that on my account. I am a real patient person but this is starting to get to me.:mad:
