i initiated a cashout on 20 dec but up till now i havent been paid yet. i contacted live chat 3 times and am now told i needed to send in a faxback form. i explained that i have verified accounts at other cw cainos and that i didnt have to send in docs even for high noon casino where there was a successful cashout. during the past few days i got my cashout from club world casino and i wasnt asked for docs. my account is verified at alladinsgold. unless company policy has changed why are docs needed at all star slots?

I had to send in docs to High Noon. I told them that I had been a verified player at CW for years and I still had to send them in.

So, who knows. :confused:

Same here. Laurie is right and Tom did help.

I got thrown a curve ball by Lucky Club though. They asked for updated docs even though I have had an account with Jackpot Capital for quite a long time. They were wuite fast in approving though.

So I guess they all do this at one time or another.

excuse my following conjecture...

I am pretty sure there are two issues here. First, Club World Brass and cashiers seem to take office hours from 9am-4pm on business days only and apparently there are no business days from X-mas Eve thru the UK recognized Bank Holiday on Dec 28th for the Holiday Season of 2010.

The second issue is one I also experienced. A.S.Slts. as I enjoy abbreviating this CWCasino (probably my favorite CWC BTW, so don't think I am clowning anything but their initials) has different ownership and hence, different requirements for the faxback (As explained to me by the webmistress at NLN.com). Also, I think they might be on a different email server because when I cashout at Manhattan, for example, I receive an instant response from their server saying I have requested a payout, bla bla. I get similar electronic literature from every other Club World Casino I play at; but never a peep from ALLSTARSLOTS. At least nothing about the pending w/d's. And moreover, I never ever have received a response to an email I sent to A.S.S.lts from any email address ending allstarslots.com. So what I started doing is sending any A.S.S.lts issue-emails to support@clubworldcasinos.com, and then make the subject line ATTN: ALLSTARSLOTS. And it seems to be more effective...

But what do I know? I'm just a fool standing in the rain. A fool Compulsively betting on

They really need to get their act together on verified accounts. All the cashier needs is a simple search function to find your name or address. It's the same form sent to the same email for all their casinos, so it should be easier than it is.

They also need to start sending emails the instant they decline a withdrawal.

Only once did it go smoothly for me and I was easily verified by them looking at another account, the other times it took several chats and/or phone calls, it would have been easier to just re-send the form (but also a pain in the ass).
 
I just got a verification call from High Noon the other day (some guy with a totally wicked cool accent) and he said they'd need my verification forms, I said, "I'm already verified at CW and the rest of the group" and he said, "Ok cool so you don't need to send anything else."

I think it really depends on who you talk to - also if you have different email accounts for the different casinos it seems to cause some chaos. Are you using the same email address Chuchu?
 
i use the same email addy for all accounts. i am infuriated because i told them time and again that i have verified accounts at cw. i am verified at alladinsgold and the cashouts at high noon and cwc were processed recently without problems one of which occurred yesterday. so why the hecj is there a problem now?
 
I'd shoot a PM to Max to see if he can send an email to Tom, although it's probably quicker - and less of a hassle - to send the docs again and just be done with it.

It's weird though that some people have had this problem and others haven't....?

Max is off for the next couple of days. I believe Tom is on winter break.

chuchu59, it seems there have been some confusions with the cashier configuration for All Star which has now been sorted out by RTG. As a result you will see your cashout in your account now.
