Just got an email from Pantasia which is a Rival casino and they are now doing ACH withdrawal transfers for U.S. players. Here is part of the email.

The only prob at Rival is, you have to win first to cash out

Been a long dead discussion on their payout scale. No where else can you hit the top payer jackpot and make less than you invested....

Checked their payouts on the new game....figured new management, better payout scale...ahem...they still have one of the poorest payout schedules in online casinos.

Shame too, they have some pretty good games.

Call it my bad luck lately or whatever but dang'ed if I can hit a thing at any Rival anymore since the new group took over. I already closed two accounts and probably will close my last three at the beginning of the month when I take the reload and lose it. My new thing is to close accounts after a bad session that just doesn't feel right and write it all off lol. I used to count on the free spins to save me because the paytable is so bad but I went a few hundred spins on grandma's attic without seeing a free spin and that has never happened before. A few hundred, I mean like 400 spins, I would check my play log but I closed the account .

I do wish they would continue their policy of publishing the payout for each slot in the help section. The new slot does not have this presently.

Hello, I do apologize for this. I've contacted the slots team and asked them to put it up. It should be there now for Reel of Fortune (96.21%).

As I've outlined in my other post, the game payouts and reels have not changed with the new management of the casinos. The operators do not have the ability to change the game payouts, and if they were given that opportunity in the future, it would be reflected in the help file.
