Resolved A Rival Casino, very strange decision to confiscate winnings.

What happened about the CEO of Rival and his "word" that Rival would undertake to pay players screwed over by badly run white labels. It seems Rival have turned a blind eye to the bad behaviour of THIS particular white label, so surely the warning should be PUT BACK, since the promises are NOT being kept, and the original warning is STILL valid for those white labels NOT taken back by Rival themselves.

Whilst the customer was abusive, HE WAS RIGHT, he WAS being screwed around with, the proof is that they WERE able to confiscate his payment, which SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED by the time he lost his cool with CS about it not having appeared.

That was only if the WL goes belly up. Its probably only a matter of time before that happens to this so called online casino.

Well, this means that his promise should ONLY have gotten those white labels taken back by Rival out of the pit. Those that were screwing players, but yet to go bust should remain there, since the CEO of Rival is NOT guaranteeing these UNLESS things get so bad that they go bust.

This gives us an odd situation, it is actually in players' best interests for this casino TO GO BELLY UP, and have Rival bail them out & pay the players.

It is absolutely unacceptable for a casino to refuse payment on the grounds that the player was impolite to the staff. Period.

Was the managers' name John by any chance??

Affiliate manager / manager was called Sam.

That wasn't fair, Max! An old and not updated warning. They were removed from the pit only 8 days later.

My mistake then. I knew there had been something about the white labels, I looked and found the Warning and posted it. Sorry, but no intent to misguide was intended.

That's why I asked if it's worth sending a PAB- will you process it? :D

Heard from Bryan on a related issue, sounds like we might have a possible avenue for raising these white label issues though it's not going to be a regular PAB because it's not the regular casino channel of communications. I'll follow up Bryan's lead and if it applies I'll post back here.

In the meantime, sure, have the player do the PAB __after__ reading the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. Like I said though, no promises. It might simply be a matter of forwarding the PAB details to the appropriate person and leaving it in their hands.

Sorry for language. please delete that post. ....

We generally don't delete posts. See the FAQ, in particular the section "Deleting Posts", here.

After reconsidering the issue, the casino has decided to pay the player in full as the account ban/closure wasn't related to player winnings that were won earlier before the entire issue arose.
Got a message from both, Always Vegas and the player that his account was reopened so he is able to withdraw the entire amount.
Will update this thread once I hear back from the player that his withdrawal has been paid.
Can mods change the thread title to "resolved"?

Hi! A Rival casino decided to confiscate the winnings of one player of ours.
The reason for it was, that his language on the live chat was abusive after the player contacted them after waiting a few days for his winnings.

Their first intention was to screw the player as stated above.

After reconsidering the issue, the casino has decided to pay the player in full

Not until the player took 3rd party action did they reconsider. If this player didn't know any better he would of for sure been screwed.
The thread should be changed to "crooks after pressure decide to pay winner" But I would wait till he for fact was paid.

A new "Rival" has joined the crooks list.

May not be a big surprise that its BetUS, confiscating 6k in winnings with bogus reasons. Full story can be read here

Given the warning DiamondGeezer posted a while ago BetUS should be avoided at all costs. And of course they should not be promoted by any responsible affiliate, or they can of course just ignore the warnings and signs of rogueness and continue as normal.

That is troubling, to say the least.
