As I understand it you and she had been in contact prior to you posting here. She had given you a response to your situation -- I believe she told you to take it to the ADR but I'm not entirely sure -- and you hadn't liked that so you'd been harassing her for ... something else I guess. Anyway, the point then and now seems to be "take it to the ADR" which is what she's already told you. That may be why she has nothing further to say. I'm filling in a lot of blanks with guesses here so may have some of the details askew.
Thanks maxd, yes that is correct i had been in contact with her. She did not advise me to take it to the ADR, there has been no mention of that.
As for harassing her - that was a misunderstanding on my part - what happened was that I PM’d her via this site and had also camer across her Skype addresss and also tried to make contact via Skype, as you appreciate due to the large sum I was trying anything and everything to make contact. I can send screenshots of the whole conversation however the last message from @Renee_RA
was to basically wait for Risk Managment to contact me - which they then did.
So basically and please correct me if I’m wrong but what you’re saying is because I have tried to deal with the casino directly to no avail I am no longer able to raise a PAB? And if I’m wrong and I am able to partake in a PAB - that CR view on this is they will not participate and just tell me to go to the ADR?
Seems so unfair if I’m been honest - I thought the PAB was impartial but it seems to just be talking what CR position is without trying to mediate and perhaps come to a amicable resolution?
Again please correct me if I’m wrong, im really hoping you guys can help me out here. I’m so stressed over all this.
