Yeh that's true, I bet OP wouldn't be getting back a 60k loss having two accounts and saying "well you didn't check before I lost all that money so please refund me". I'm sorry man I believe you had good intentions, this is devastating for anyone. What would've happened if they hadn't checked and you managed to withdraw and they later found out you had violated their T&Cs, do the casino chase you for it?

Nah, they might make the balance minus after the withdrawal but no further action. Happens often, people getting paid for incorrect settlements, people on the opposite side not, etc.

FWIW Renee is back from holidays. @Jelitch , apparently there is some history between you and Casino Rewards on this one already so you'll have to escalate it to the designated ADR -- which I believe is eCOGRA -- if you want arbitration on it.

She had given you a response to your situation -- I believe she told you to take it to the ADR but I'm not entirely sure -- and you hadn't liked that so you'd been harassing her for ... something else I guess. Anyway, the point then and now seems to be "take it to the ADR" which is what she's already told you. That may be why she has nothing further to say. I'm filling in a lot of blanks with guesses here so may have some of the details askew.

Thanks maxd, yes that is correct i had been in contact with her. She did not advise me to take it to the ADR, there has been no mention of that.
As for harassing her - that was a misunderstanding on my part - what happened was that I PM’d her via this site and had also camer across her Skype addresss and also tried to make contact via Skype, as you appreciate due to the large sum I was trying anything and everything to make contact. I can send screenshots of the whole conversation however the last message from @Renee_RA was to basically wait for Risk Managment to contact me - which they then did.

So basically and please correct me if I’m wrong but what you’re saying is because I have tried to deal with the casino directly to no avail I am no longer able to raise a PAB? And if I’m wrong and I am able to partake in a PAB - that CR view on this is they will not participate and just tell me to go to the ADR?

Seems so unfair if I’m been honest - I thought the PAB was impartial but it seems to just be talking what CR position is without trying to mediate and perhaps come to a amicable resolution?

Again please correct me if I’m wrong, im really hoping you guys can help me out here. I’m so stressed over all this.

Any help would be much appreciated. Also @maxd I will send screenshots of our conversation perhaps you could read over these and give me your thoughts.

All I actually know about this is that I was told this morning "if we receive a PAB on this we'll have to send the player to the ADR". I have no clue what the background on that is but the casino is perfectly within their rights to do so. In fact engaging with us on PABs is a courtesy that they normally extend to us, which of course we appreciate, but there is nothing prohibiting them from deciding that the ADR is where a particular case should be handled. And, since you're in the UK and fall within the purview of a UKGC license, the casino is doing exactly what their license says they should do.

Seems like your case is one that they feel should be handled by the ADR and that's perfectly fine IMO, no "unfairness" or whatever involved as far as I'm concerned. And certainly no call to start saying things like "I thought the PAB was impartial but it seems to just be talking what CR position". We're taking no position because we're not part of this specific process, not in the building, not involved, not present, whatever you want to call it. It's you, CR and apparently the ADR should you wish to take your issue to arbitration.

Max thanks again for the reply. So to confirm Casino rewards have no interest in participating in a PAB should one be raised on here and their position is simply to go to the ADR?

As far as I know that's correct. I'll check with Renee to be sure and post back here accordingly. It may take a while because of the time difference.
 
@Jelitch : Ok, it's confirmed. Your case does need to go to eCOGRA for arbitration. Assuming you do that please do keep us posted. Our information is that eCOGRA cases can drag on a bit -- their workload I assume -- so we'd be most interested in how you get on with yours.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with Casino Rewards and their attitude. I appreciate they are not obliged to partake in a PAB but just to say “no” and they won’t even engage me or listen to my concerns is just a shitty attitude.
 
Actually, I disagree. From the evidence I've seen they have "engaged" with you. It may not have been all you wanted or given you the results you hoped for but life has lemons too eh? If you're dissatisfied with where things stand you can take it to the ADR.

Given what I know about the case (now) I'd say they've acted more or less correctly and their decision to refer it to the ADR seems appropriate to me under the circumstances. There are circumstances in your case -- which have not, and will not, be discussed here -- that make your situation much more than your garden variety "fix this" scenario. Hence the ADR referral is where things have ended.
